This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

房間非常乾淨整潔、整體給人的感覺很舒適 酒店大廳很高檔 非常有性價比的一家酒店 還給小朋友準備的小拖鞋很可愛 非常貼心。其次早餐酒店非常好 很有青海特色 早餐店的小姐姐們服務很好 迫不及待來評論 所有東西無限量 我還單獨打包了一份 真的好評 ！！！！一家非常有好感的酒店、下次還會入住 一個一題的是三樓鼎世鍋宴的火鍋真的很好吃！！

In Germa, l'hotel prenotato all'inizio non era buono. È stato temporaneamente cambiato a Hilton. Dopo aver visto la valutazione, era stato deciso. Pensavo che non ci fossero hotel standard stellari in Haiti. Non pensavo che Germa Hillton superasse le mie aspettative. La prima colazione e la sala ospite sono tutti standard di cinque stelle.I dettagli sono pieni.Inoltre, sono meno hotel con aria condizionata.La vendita può essere consegnata alla porta.C'è un parcheggio gratuito nel garage sotterraneo.La colazione è buona.La signorina della reception è anche molto bella. Le lavastoviglie sono anche di alta qualità Dulavit e Alto metro.Il flusso d'acqua è stabile, l'acqua calda è piena e non ha sapore di scarico.I prodotti di letto sono anche molto buoni, una serie di oro-bar è lussuosa e dormire bene, e allevia il disturbo della grande linea di aringhe.Ci sarà l'opportunità di rimanere qui. Bellissimo stato di Haixi, perfetto Hilton.
