"Questa è una delle migliori opzioni di qualità a Golmud (non ci sono molti). La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. Il colazione era buono. Purtroppo, il servizio era molto povero - non ci erano porti USB in funzione e l'hotel era inutile - sembrava indesiderato o incapace di offrire una soluzione. Il “servizio in camera” è effettivamente il cibo fornito dall’esterno dell’hotel, ma non è stato fornito alcun cutter/coltello. Quando abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di fornire qualcosa, ci sono voluti quasi 20 minuti per arrivare (più lungo del cibo stesso), al momento in cui il cibo era freddo. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere ripetutamente un'acqua potabile sufficiente, essendo state fornite solo due piccole bottiglie per due persone. Oltre al servizio povero, l'hotel si trova in una posizione strana, circondato da negozi chiusi e siti di costruzione - nessuno vicino al centro commerciale della città - con nulla a piedi. "入住體驗非常糟糕。最初給的8509房間一進門就是一股明顯的悶酸味，窗户無法打開，前台解釋為“消防要求”，但空調開了一兩個小時味道依然散不掉。隨後下樓要求換房，換到二樓後發現窗户可以正常打開，房間也基本沒有異味。離譜的是第二天早上九點多，我還在睡夢中，酒店突然來電，稱五樓垃圾桶損壞，並直接認定需要由我賠償。整個溝通過程中，對方態度強硬，衹因為垃圾桶裏有我的冰淇淋包裝，就認定是我“弄壞”的。我當即表示疑問：正常丟棄垃圾屬於合理使用，我在五樓僅停留一兩個小時，也未對垃圾桶進行任何暴力或不當操作，垃圾桶如何會因此損壞？即便垃圾桶是在我入住期間出現問題，衹要是在正常使用情況下損壞，也理應屬於設施老化或質量問題，而不該無理由轉嫁給住客。酒店作為經營方，本應有基礎的設施維護和報損更新機制，而不是在毫無證據的情況下打電話騷擾住客、強行索賠。整體處理方式極不專業，也嚴重影響入住體驗。本來就惱火，求開發票硬是開了一個星期才開出來，不催估計直接不開了，給箇中評，望酒店吸取教訓"

"La stanza è molto pulita, è dotata di divano e tavoli, ha ossigeno e aspirapolvere tutto il giorno, molto adatto per gli amici di Grm per la prima volta.
