Il cielo era limpido e abbiamo potuto vedere le stelle (davvero tante stelle) e anche l'alba e il tramonto. Una cosa da condividere è HAHA Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone. Solo la prima persona che si è fatta la doccia ha l'acqua calda. Il resto di noi si è fatto la doccia con l'acqua fredda. C'è un cartello che dice che l'acqua calda tornerà 20 minuti dopo la prima persona che si è fatta la doccia, ma l'acqua calda non è arrivata. Comunque, non è un grosso problema e lo capiamo perfettamente, perché siamo nel bel mezzo del deserto!! Fortunatamente, abbiamo anche solo l'acqua per lavarci. Il nostro autista ci ha detto che questa zona non ha tubature idriche, quindi siamo davvero fortunati che questo hotel fornisca acqua."

"This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment."
