I specifically choose this hotel for its swimming pools with waterslides for a week long vacation with our 7 years old daughter and I was overall satisfied. She really enjoyed those facilities and also the game room along with the outdoor playground. This hotel is mainly catering for all-inclusive, to Ukrainian, Romanian and few others locals guests. The food and drinks part could be better in terms of quality, variety. Additionally, considering also that being a 300 rooms hotel, it does get pretty chaotic during meal times. In theory there was some sort of seating arrangement but it wasn't enforced, at least during our stay. On the positive side, we had a pretty specious corner room with a little balcony, although not on the sea front side. The hotel is well located, albeit not on the first line, you can in fact reach the beach and center of Golden Sands within 3 min walk. No issues with noise too and all the staff members we encountered were friendly. Ultimately and given the fact that we had booked 3 months prior the stay therefore getting a very good deal, I would recommend this place, as long you don't keep your culinary expectations too high.

We were in the hotel for 7 days in August. most of the staff were helpful and kind. big thanks to the ladies cleaning on the 8th floor. the food certainly doesn't deserve 4 stars. everyday the same. for 2 days it is ok, but for 7 days it is unbearable. the worst part was waiting for the elevator. living on the 8th floor on the elevator had to wait sometimes and 10 minutes. 4 elevators for about 200 rooms is definitely not enough. the view from the hotel window is nice, but it is a pity that we had a room without a balcony. when the hotel was fully booked, there was no extra charge for a room with a balcony. for me a 4 star hotel should have a balcony in the room. It would not even cross my head that she can be without a balcony. We only lived in the hotel with my family and only drank bottled water. and yet my 8 year old son vomited for 2 days. the hotel staff was helpful and ordered us a taxi to the medical point and informed the doctor about his son's health problem. overall disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

Prestige Hotel & Aquapark, Bulgaria – a scam from start to finish. 3 days with the same towel, and if you want to change it, it’s 10 leva. The food? The same every single day, bland and unimaginative. The room smells like garbage because of the dumpsters right outside. They lied about having a beach – there isn’t one! And if you want a sunbed, it’s 12 leva. All-inclusive only in name; in reality, it’s all-exclusive. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemies.

I stayed at this hotel from Monday until Thursday, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Parking: the biggest issue. I arrived on Monday at 3 PM and left on Thursday at 9 AM, so my car was actually parked for 2 full days. However, I was charged for 4 days of parking (100 BGN), which is completely unfair. On top of that, when I arrived, I was told that the hotel parking was full and was sent to leave my car 1 km away. I was promised a shuttle service to reach my car anytime I needed, but on the day of departure, despite having paid the full parking fee, I was rudely told to walk there on foot. Room: dirty and poorly maintained. I left the “clean the room” sign on the door, but the cleaning staff only removed the sign and never actually cleaned the room. Hotel and organization: very crowded. The internal rules regarding meal shifts (by floor) are not respected, creating chaos. Elevators are overcrowded and insufficient. The only positive point: the food, which was good and varied. Overall, the service was far below expectations. The way the parking staff and cleaning staff behaved was unacceptable. I will definitely not return and I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel îs clean , service and food very good. Unfortunately the state of the rooms are not as good…we found some bathroom appliances with rust and worst of all was a broken shelf in the bathroom with which I injured myself very badly cutting my finger.

The worst experience in this "hotel" changed our understanding of the word "Prestige" (with which the place is named) forever. We stayed with family and friends and had five rooms for a whole hellish week. Thank you to "Tez tour" for the ruined vacation. First of all, I don't understand why the motel is called a five-star hotel?!🤯 The first impression is the entrance through a garbage dump, the service staff is not just incompetent, but complete not in place where they'rebelong. I even watched the cleaning lady directly attack the guests all week, harass them and constantly nag at everyone and just spoil the mood. Everywhere all drinks, coffee, tea, wine, beer, cocktails, etc. everything is made in thin plastic glasses, just mountains of plastic. A number of people have injured their feet in the loosen pool tiles and much more...

A nice waterpark. But they are not organised. No info outside that children have to be 140 cm to ride alone. some slides they ride home they cant here. They told us that all was opend but 25% was closed. Overall it was ok but i could be better. But in the end after we talk to the boss the boys could go alone this time. And we told them that info outside would be great so the guests know before they pay entrance. The food took forever to get in and the toilets was 10 min walk to get to. The entrance fee was good 10€ for 15+ and 5€ for children. The children had a good time and we also enjoyed som slides.

No free parking. Is 19 leva/day. The food is OK but not for 4 stars. The rooms is clean. Is a 32mp.room. Cleaning room is in every day. I have one free bottle of watter per person/day. No sea view, only pool view. Is a family hotel. The room have a AC conditioner. The room door is open with a card. Don't lose your card to access the room.

Нам понравилось все. После нескольких поездок в Турцию я ожидал от Болгарии весьма скромного отдыха. Но отель меня впечатлил: чистота, ежедневная безупречная уборка, прекрасная кухня - было вкусно, как дома. Дети в восторге от аквапарка. Мы благодарны всему персоналу отеля за прекрасный отпуск. Было грустно уезжать .
