Berlin Green Park - All Inclusive & Beach

I was there with my family in an owner's apartment all of August 2023, so we didn't use the food services but we used everything else. It terms of facilities the only good thing was the availability of swimming pools, including for kids. Otherwise, it is all run-down and old. The animation was also nice, every day different activities for kids and some entertainment for adults, such as archery competitions, dancing, night shows. The staff does not speak English well, some of them literally know only good morning in English. The receptionist are always frowned and never smile. They don't even bother to greet the guests with good morning or hello, even if the guest makes an eye contact with them. The Kyrgyz staff at the pool bar do not speak English or Bulgarian, so Bulgarian tourists complained to me that they need to speak russian in their own country in order to order anything. In fact, even some of the signs in the hotel, next to the elevator are written in both English and German with spelling mistakes. Smocking instead of smoking, rauchnen instead of rauchen in German. I have attached photos with these mistakes. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The lifeguard is an old guy, who basically sleeps all day every day on a lounge chair. He is also late most of the time anyway. Totally useless! The cleaning staff doesn't clean much. Someone broke a couple of glasses next to the dining room, where people are supposed to play table tennis and these broken glasses were there for 10 days! We had to go with my wife 3 times to the reception and ask three different receptionists that finally, someone should clean this glass! Romanian tourists who used the all-inclusive option complained to us that lunch and dinner are pretty much the same all the time and on top of that, they all got diarrhea . In short, stay away from this place.
