As a family we have been to many all inclusive hotels and although vistamar offers everything you would expect from an all inclusive, in terms of food selection, entertainment etc what sets this hotel apart from other places we have been is the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and everywhere was super clean. We give a huge praise for the animations team who by far made our holiday the best. They are friendly, caring, kind, funny and extremely talented at what they do. Steffi made the sports/fitness program so much fun, I’ve never exercised so much on holiday ☺️ she didn’t just make us copy what she was doing but gave us directions, corrections for the positions in yoga and encouragement. She was also very empathetic and expressed to us to listen to our bodies and do what we could or modified her program to suit our abilities. An extra special thank you to Steffi and the other animation team members ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for them. Fantastic location on the Golden sand ***** and plenty to explore outside of the hotel too.

We have been many times in Grifid Hotels (Metropol, Encanto and Marea) but it was our first visit in Grifid Vistamar hotel. I can not express our satisfaction being concept guests (16+). Hotel is clean and well furnished (as all Grifid properties). The staff is amazingly polite and helpful. The concept board is worth every single cent - executive access to the area at the top - infinity pool, food court and bar a-la-carte service - just tranquility and special feeling. Dine around program gave us opportunity to have diner every evening at different restaurants in several Grifid hotels - no boredom at all - fish, rodisio, fusion, Italian, Asian...The main restaurant could be lighter inside but this is quite personal opinion. The food is tasty, the drinks in the bars (soft and alchoholic) are of high quality. The concept guests have access to adults only beach (16+) which is as an island of calmness comparing to the rest of the area. Suggestion for improvement - could be good if the tent over the top restaurant does not allow the sun to shine when having lunch. Thank you Grifid for being our host for 10-th time. We will see you again definitely!

The hotel is great with modern designed and big rooms. The food was diversified and very tasty. The staff was helpful with all that was needed. The very best was the entertainment te-am. They were full of energy and filled with good vibes . It was a pleasure spending time with them. We enjoyed the aqua gym, voley beach, polo, dartz, shutting riffle, yoga, stretching, tenis table and cards. We meet Stefii, Matteo, Ilias, Tony, Erika and Lili. They were very friendly and fun. We had a really nice experience at the friday Beach party and foam party on Sunday. The hole vacation at Grifid Vistamar was memorable! We gladly recommend this hotel!

I recommend Griffid Vistamar.It îs a modern and very clean hotel with very spacious rooms where you will not miss anyting. At the recepțion you meet very dedicated and profesional staff, here i met Kristine and Neil. În the restaurant the dishes are very diverse and tasty , the surprises consisted in the evenings with festive dinners on the Italian, Bulgarian, Mediterranean theme… Special thanks to the animation team,especially the wonderful Stephany for relaxing at the Aqua Gym , She is a professional , a very kind and sociabile person. I Also thanks the rest of the animation team : Martei, Lili, Erika, Yasen , Ilies for the moments beautiful and fun times spent together. We will definitely see each other again (you are the best)

In a few words, the place is great, exemplary cleanliness, the staff are friendly, prompt and professional, kind, especially the hotel's animation team, and I would like to mention here the wonderful Stephanie, from the aqua gym, who made our mornings wonderful, and of course all her fellow animators! I recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone!♥️

Very nice hotel for the price, they had a good selection of food and the food was also good. The room was very pretty and looked like the pictures. The room service were good and made up the room very nice. The best part of the hotel is the animation team! They do a very good job at entertaining the guests and invites everyone to do activities such as waterpolo, volleyball, fotball and other games. They made sure everyone was having a good time, even after their work hours. The receptionists were also nive and helpful. Its also very nice that you can use the other grifid hotels nearby. We recommend hotel vistamar for a comfortable stay, great employees, good food, nice pool and beach just across the street.

Thanks a lot for an excellent service and warm atmosphere of your hotel! Clean, great modern interior, just amazing dishes, you get where you want with your drinks taken from bars with any bans. The OUTSTANDING ANIMATION TEAM! Stefi, Yasen, Lili, Erika, Matteo, Illies and Tony-an incredible team and friendly individuals who we have made friends with us just overnight! They are capable of endless creativity and flexible to all our suggestions as how to spend our time in a great way! We had meals in their company which was awesome! I highly recommend this hotel to my friends. The only wish from me and my husband would be to have discos after evening shows. The ones we had with animation guys were too short.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed! Grifid Vistamar and their staff made our stay truly amazing. Book concept room, free access to infinity pool and bar + free late check out. We stayed for 7 + 3 nights (because first 7 was great), view from room 709 was incredible!!! Free mini bar restocked daily. Towels for pool were delivered daily to the room with chocolates. Beach it’s situated at front of hotel, beach bar is grea. The animation team was SUPER!!! Infinity pool with amazing view. The sky zone is the very best zone of this hotel, with very, very nice people! Excelent restaurant, food was varied, large selection at each meal, salads beautiful served both in the main restaurant + a’la carte restaurants. Thank you to the entire team of Grifid Vistamar!!! See you soon!!!

Nice outdoor therases and coffee shop, food was average but we got a family room that was not as any of the pictures we saw on their site or on other sites. They asked us to pay for the bath robes. Even though we had coffee machine in the room, they didn't provide the capsules, even after we requested. The SPA center was very dissapointing - jacuzzi not working, indoor pool small and the smell of chlorine was so strong. You don't have access to the infinity pool unless you have concept rooms. Cleaning was an issue in the rooms and also at the pool. Our bathroom had signs of rust and dirt and a very bad smell.
