"I arranged this hotel from united states for a 4-day family retreat. From the check-in to check-out, we had an exceptional experience. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and smiling. Food did not disappoint either: it was plenty, fresh and delicious. The bonus feature of this hotel is its history and connection to the founder of Turkish republic. For a historical building, impressively everything was functional and in impeccable condition. Facilities were kept spotless clean and housekeeping was safe; none of our personal items were touched. The spa services were also very good and affordable. I highly recommend Turkish bath and massage package. I hope this great management remains same as we plan to visit again in the future."

"The hotel is misleadingly using photos of another hotel with a pool. If you're traveling by car, the hotel's location is quite convenient. If not, it's on a hill and you'll have a fair walk to get to everything of interest. The view from the window is beautiful, the hotel is by the road, but cars are rare, so we didn't have any problems. The room was fine, but the bathroom ceiling was dripping constantly here and there. It's very unpleasant, especially since you don't know what it is... The drain in the other room was leaking, or the exhaust fan wasn't working. We had a night booked, we relaxed in the thermal baths at another hotel, stayed the night, and left. We have no desire to return to this hotel."

"L'hotel è generalmente buono, la camera è comoda ma non c'è una crana separata con acqua minerale nel bagno. I ospiti dicono che l'acqua calda dalla loro crana è acqua minerale da una fonte termica che viene diluita con acqua fredda normale. Beh, ecco il caso della fede. Ci sono voluti 10 minuti per aspettare che l'acqua calda cominciasse a scorrere dalla crane. Molti hotel nel quartiere hanno una propria piscina, ma in questo hotel non c'è nessun hotel del genere. C'è un balcone nella stanza, ma la vista da esso era dubbiosa - alberi di gioielli e costruzione. Ero in marzo, forse in estate meglio. Ascensore senza porte interne, sii attento ai bambini. La colazione era scarsa abbastanza."

"Mi piaceva · Ci siamo trasferiti solo per due notti. Le nostre aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte. Il vantaggio di questo posto è la sua posizione, vicino al parco, vicino alle fonti termiche. La stanza che abbiamo trovato al piano superiore - che cosa apre la vista dal balcone! La scomodità di salire su una scala stretta, quasi screpolata, è stata compensata da una vista fantastica: in una mini-shower con forno a gas, un set di piatti necessari, un bagno con acqua termica dalla crane, wi-fi, TV. Non posso dire nulla sul condizionatore d'aria, come il resto del mese di gennaio - non c'era bisogno. E la cosa più importante in questo hotel è la gente! Vorrei ringraziare il personale per l'amicizia, l'attenzione, il rispetto, il desiderio di aiutare a risolvere qualsiasi dei vostri problemi. Sicuro, accesso ai siti turistici, fermo il trasporto. Non mi piaceva... Blin, beh, il prezzo all'hotel è democratico, quindi non vorrei descrivere le carenze. Ma purtroppo sono là. Per me è stato l'unico carenza: le mutandine. Sono troppo duri e incomodi. Non ha funzionato a dormire su di loro."

"Good day everyone! Let's start by saying we weren't checked into the hotel we booked. After some difficult negotiations, we were sent to another hotel, with a simple wave of the hand. We searched for a hotel in the middle of the night, but it turned out to be much worse than the one we'd chosen. We checked into a spacious but completely run-down room, smoky and practically non-functional. Tech support didn't resolve our issue during our two-day stay. We went and arranged breakfast ourselves. We liked the hotel we chose—it was clean and cozy, nestled in the woods. It's a shame we didn't get to stay there."
