"Hello, first of all, we were very pleased with the hotel staff; they were a friendly and efficient team. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The pool was clean, and spending time there was enjoyable. We had a family vacation, and it was a hotel where we felt comfortable. The location was also great. Being in Yukarı Kaleköy, you can walk to the taverns below and the places around the castle above. However, the reason I deducted a point was unfortunately because we didn't like the room. When choosing the hotel on Etstur, the room features weren't described in detail, but when we arrived, we saw that there were rooms with balconies and gardens. We discussed this with the hotel management. Details about balconies and gardens should be included in the description section when booking to avoid misleading customers. Our room didn't have a balcony, so we couldn't enjoy it as much as we wanted, and we had a lot of trouble drying our clothes. Also, room cleaning could be done more carefully. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay for us, and we thank the hotel owners and staff."

"The location ist perfect near the beach. The hostess are very nice people and there is a friendly and warm atmosphere. The room was very clean and cozy. Bathroom is big and clean. The price was decent. There you have anything you need: terasa, free parking, kitchen, is the perfect place to enjoy see nature and relax. Is a quiet place in September. We enjoyed our stay, it was great accommodation."

The food was delicious and fresh - the breakfast every morning was incredible! All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed with a big group of friends, but it's also very family friendly.
