Hotel in zona Quizz, Goiania

Ogni volta che posso, cerco di ospitarmi in quell'hotel. Ha un buon colazione. Funzionari educati e di assistenza.

We checked in around noon, went up to the room extremely tired and took a long nap before leaving again. We noticed there were no blankets in the room even though it is 9 degrees celsius in the city. We arrived again at night and requested blankets and extra pillows. First: The cleaning of the room is questionable as well as its condition. We waited forever for the blankets and we called again for it. We were told they were coming. That was around 11:15PM. WHAT KIND OF HOTEL IS THIS THAT LEAVES GUESTS WITHOUT BLANKETS? We waited too long and went downstairs to ask and we were told to wait. Went downstairs a second time at approximately 12:40AM and asked where  we could go to personally grab the items. I find that this hotel leaves their staff without enough support, I believe. Employees seem very unhappy working here and unwilling to please guests with simple things like service with a smile or a blanket. The room also did not have a TV remote. Horrible first impression of this hotel. Breakfast was ok. Coffee not good, but that could be a matter of taste. Even though towels were requested, they did not leave us with towels. We had to hunt them down and when we got them they were like kitchen rags. One employee was friendly and spoke english. He worked on Saturday night. The majority were not too friendly. The pillow and sheets were stained. I think mine had blood. It was so late when I noticed that I didnt even feel like letting them know cause I knew they would not care. Parking is advertised on *********** as free but we paid at checkout. Who knows? Never staying there again.

Hotel ben vicino all'aeroporto. Camera grande , molto piacevole, con microonde, tavolo da pranzo, piazza e armadi (mini cucina). Il ristorante funziona per pranzo e cena. Piscina ottima e accademia attrezzata. Excelente vantaggio costo. Il suo prossimo vc trova ancora un ottimo spettacolo e con un prezzo super in conto(Villaggio Teinta e tre).

Experiência de estadia maravilhosa. Muito confortável, ótimo café da manhã, serviço de muita qualidade. Excelente!

Un hotel ben posizionato per chi vuole fare acquisti a 25 e nei dintorni. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ma prenota online. Se lo lasci al bancone e lo finisci, non avrai un buon prezzo!

La peggiore esperienza della mia vita! ! ! Ci hanno sistemato in una brutta stanza, e quando ho chiesto un cambio di vestiti, ho pensato che il cameriere fosse molto arrabbiato! Mi ha risposto sgarbatamente, anche troppo pigro per vedere se c'era un modo per cambiarlo! La stanza presenta i seguenti problemi: È nella hall dell'hotel, nemmeno nel corridoio dove si trova la porta della camera, ma dove si trova la porta di servizio dell'hotel. Quindi, puoi sentire tutto ciò che accade nella hall, chiamare la reception, il dispositivo di comunicazione radio in hotel, chi si precipita a prendere un appuntamento, chi chiama l'ascensore, la sala giochi accanto alla stanza, o è impossibile spera in questo modo riposa nella tua stanza... Inoltre ci sono alcune cose strane in bagno, non mi lamenterò delle tende di plastica nella zona doccia, ma non c'è nemmeno il più piccolo gradino o qualsiasi angolo di flusso dell'acqua, quindi quando fai il bagno, l'infiltrazione d'acqua attraverso il normale drenaggio, e attraverso questo dovrebbe essere L'area asciutta non deve funzionare come un intero bagno! In altre parole, dopo aver fatto la doccia, l'intero pavimento del bagno è bagnato! Abbiamo presentato un reclamo fino al momento in cui questo post è stato pubblicato, circa 10 ore dopo aver lasciato l'hotel, se possono almeno cambiare la nostra stanza, non abbiamo ancora ricevuto una risposta...

Quartos sempre limpos e cheirosos, esse hotel tem um cheiro maravilhoso e marcante, fico hospedado no mínimo uma vez ao mês nele, bem localizado e fácil encontrar estacionamento. Como sugestão deveria ter uma área para fumantes aí seria espetacular.
