basic equipment of a cottage for 4 people. there is heating and air conditioning. everything needed for life. microwave, induction hob, kettle, pots, plates, cutlery. equipment from Ikea. tv and WiFi. clean. possibility of connecting two cottages. some cottages have a jacuzzi. breakfasts are available, but expensive. Well, currently ro 39 zlotys - child, and 55 zlotys - adult. a bit expensive.

You have a private there. The cottage was clean, fully equiped and air-conditioned. Enough parking places. Incentive programme for children. Good WiFi. Better price for the Suntago aquapark if you accept 3-day ticket. I recommend that.

We visited Suntago park on Friday-Saturday. We really had a great time at the park. However, the review is about Suntago Village and, most importantly, their staff. We were also staying in Suntago Village for 3 (three) nights. The bungalows were clean, cozy and warm (taking into account we had -5 during one of the nights). The towels were also very clean and fresh. The amenities were also proper for the venue. The most important part of the stay was the staff, their reaction times and hospitality. We would like to say special thanks to Stanislaw who was going the extra mile for us - our daughter lost her phone during the stay and Stanislaw was the one who assisted us with locating the phone and returning it - but not in a simple manner, but packaging it for the currier and handing the parcel over to the currier service. In our view, this is extraordinary customer care. We highly recommend the place for the ones traveling to Suntago park.

If you are not polish speaking strap in for a game of Russian roulette. Some things are gonna be easy and some things are gonna be almost impossible to solve. One thing that proved very hard was booking a taxi to the airport in the morning. This place is really off-grid, no uber, bolt or bus station. You have the option to take the Suntiago bus but the you have to leave earliest 09.35 or latest 21.35. We booked a taxi thrue the reception and it never showed. They took no responsibility in the matter. There is no shops but you can buy smaller stuff and frozen food in the reception. Your room will not have an oven so that frozen pizza you wanted is gonne be microwaved. You will also have a nice background noice of the AC, a loud humming setting the mood. After this you might want to shower and head to bed but then you get the smallest bathtowels you ever seen and the hardest bed you will experience in Poland. If there was a option to stay elsewhere while visiting Suntago waterpark (park of polen) I would recommend that, unfortunately there isn't one. We rate this 2/5 because at least the room was clean.

This is a great place for families. Well stocked shop and priority access to waterpark. Really good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Great accommodation. Only downside was that pots in kitchen were not compatible with the induction cooktop so couldn’t cook anything in the units. No tea towels either. Not enough sheets the right size for sofa bed.

No food, no restaurant. Houses like a containers in the middle of the filed. Rooms seems clear, but toilet lock is broken, door not closes. Worst experience ever. Don't pay before You see this place, when You will see it- You will not buy it. Suntago water park has good slides, and that's all. Adult zone, saunas- below average, poor. For vodka coctail drinking- ok, but for leisure time- poor choice.

The Suntago Village is an official hotel for Suntago. The bungalows are nice and tidy and overall stay was very nice. The biggest disadvantage are the nearby facilities or lack of thereof. I mean at the front desk there is a store, with some restaurant and coffee shop services, however not really any place to hang in the evenings when the park itself is already closed. Then the distance to the park, during winter is not something encouraging for a walk. I mean you have to drive there, so there must be one designated driver. Would be way better if the bungalows were in fact at the venue, so we could walk from our room to the swimming pool without really going out, e.g in our robes. And last but not least - there was no vegetarian or vegan food for the breakfast. I mean by now it should be a standard.

the facility is very modern and well kept the rooms are very big and well with well equipt kitchen we really enjoied our stay our kids had a great time at the small playground before going with the nice electric bus to the park which is the main attraction

Accommodation houses of the Suntago complex ... Well equipped, warm even in winter, there is nothing missing in them.Everyone with fast internet. In the whole village of Suntago Village there is also a playground and a shop with a bar where you can eat something warm 24 hours a day and it must be admitted quite tasty I appreciate it highly because the facility is without flaws.
