The hotel is located in an old building, recently renovated, but not extremely well highlighted by the other surrounding buildings. The room is spacious, comfortable, with an extremely interesting lighting system. Das Hotel befindet sich unweit von den Sehenswürdigkeiten Szczecins, sodass man alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Auto kann man auf einen bewachten Parkplatz abstellen, der zwar ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt, aber gut zu erreichen ist. Die Zimmer haben europäischen Standard und sind relativ ruhig, obwohl Hauptverkehrsstraßen in der Nähe sind. Das Frühstück ist gut und vielfältig. Das hoteleigene Restaurant hat zwar nicht eine urige Atmosphäre, bietet aber auch am Abend einiges.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Der Empfang war herzlich. Die Einrichtung ist ein gelungener Mix aus Tradition und Moderne. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit Allem eingerichtet, was man braucht (Kaffee-Tee Zubereiter, Mini Kühlschrank, TV, etc.). Das Bad ist geräumig und mit einer großen Dusche ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war absolute Spitze. Man kann einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage buchen oder kostenfrei in einer Seitenstraße (Wohnviertel) stellen.

I visited this hotel together with my daughter. I had booked the hotel online on their website a few days in advance. The web site for booking gave me the impression that I pre-paid for the room (which I did not), that led to some confusion at check-in, however neither the girl in the reception or I made a big issue out of this, and the confusion was settled. The room was clean and as expected. It's what you expect for the price we paid. The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful when it cam to booking a taxi and recommending a restaurant. There is a ten minute walk to the train station.

Viviamo una notte, quando siamo venuti per un spettacolo in città. Buona posizione, pulita e grande per avere un aria condizionata nella stanza. E'di questo che, anche se ho letto buone recensioni sul colazione, non era delizioso a 9:00 la cena è già fredda, quindi meglio arrivare presto, immagino. Non c'è parcheggio gratuito, ma la cosa strana è che il parcheggio successivo (ci sono due) è più economico di quello che offre l'hotel. Piscine sono standard, quindi se si usa per ortopedico si sveglia con un dolore al collo. Globalmente buono per un breve soggiorno a causa della sua posizione.

Il personale di pulizia ha rubato un paio di scarpe dalla nostra stanza! Questo sembra incredibile, ma è successo. Quando abbiamo capito che il paio di scarpe mancava, abbiamo chiamato la ricezione per chiederle. Risposero: “Sì, è normale, la signora della pulizia deve aver preso le scarpe, abbiamo aspettato che il personale ricevesse una risposta invece che ridevano di noi, completamente insopportabile e disonesto. Dopo aver aspettato con nessuna risposta, abbiamo lasciato l'hotel, rubano un paio di scarpe! Consapevi di questa situazione, se rubano scarpe sicuri di poter prendere altre cose preziose dalla vostra stanza, pericoloso luogo di soggiorno. Oltre al furto, questo è il mio parere di questo hotel: - personale non educato, arrogante, sadico alla reception, sono insopportabili, lenti, lenti. Ti lasceranno aspettare per minuti, evitando il contatto oculare. Una volta che avete avuto la vostra attenzione, vi trattano come un subuomo, e si diverte a far aspettare le persone. Vedete nei loro volti quando si strippano mentre il sospetto sta andando male. Inoltre, prestate attenzione al vostro conto, la ragazza ha detto: Olivia ha cercato di farci pagare di più, Il personale spaventoso, come quello di Figueroa Street a Los Angeles (google it), le ragazze sembrano S-T-R-I-P-E-RS a buon mercato e i ragazzi come P-I-M-P-S. Olivia e Kate non dovrebbero mai lavorare in ospitalità. Sono brutti, insopportabili, arroganti, ti fanno avere una cattiva impressione di popoli. L'hotel si trova in una strada piena di persone schizzi, ubriachi, ecc. Piccola camera, nessun frigo, nessun tè/caffe'. Come membro di Marriott Bonvoy e un lungo viaggio, posso dire che questa è la peggiore esperienza dell'hotel. Una vergogna totale per questa marca. Equipe di gestione sono chiaramente non professionali. Evitare a qualsiasi costo, si potrebbe finire per essere rubati dal personale.

I had a great and beautiful occasion to stay in Novotel Szczecin. I was assisted by the great professionalism and friendliness of the staff of this Hotel.
