Stavo qui per una notte con la nostra squadra di hockey. In generale, è un hotel perfettamente accettabile e sarei bravo restare qui di nuovo. Il buono: grande lobby, bella camera, molto pulita, bella bagno, più grande di solito mini frigo e microonde nella camera, molti uscite e porti USB, comodi letti e cuscini, eccellente buffet colazione è stato incluso per il nostro gruppo. I have been staying at this Holiday Inn on and off for the last few months as I work for a firm local to the hotel. Tom the manager is extremely accommodating and has gone out of his way to make sure that my stays have been comfortable. From extra pillows to extra towels and a blanket Tom and his wife have greeted each one of my requests with a smile and have always made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel, whenever you are in the Williamstown/Glassboro area, this the choice you will not regret.

I reviewed this hotel a couple of years ago and had given it a 5 star rating. I've been back to this hotel a couple of times since my initial review and the service just keeps going down hill. The reason why I'm giving this a one star rating is because of my most recent experience. I work with Hospitals and like to go back to the room get showered, changed and then go home. As a Titanium Elite member most hotels offer a 4pm check out. I asked for a late checkout and was told I could have a 2:30pm check out. When I got back from working at the hospital at 2:15pm I was told that I checked out of the hotel. When I inquired who checked me out I was told that housekeeping checked me out hours earlier. Apparently they went into my room even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door saw that the room was empty and decided to check me out. In what universe does housekeeping check guests out of hotels????? When I argued that I had a late check out and how could this happen I was asked what I needed to go back into my room for. Excuse me, is that any of your business? I was given a late checkout!!! Service at this hotel is not great. Food at the bistro is really fallen down hill since Miguel left. Won't be staying at this hotel again!

We arrived about 10pm. The lobby seemed fine but we did notice folks with pets. I'm sure if you have a pet or pets, you look for pet-friendly hotels but we do not have them and were not expecting that. I think it should be more obvious when booking a room at the hotel as I have allergies. Our room was clean. The first thing I do is look in the bathroom and even before I turned on the light, I could see the shower floor was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned. The tissue holder had not been cleaned. The top of the toilet seat was not clean. We also had some sort of splattering on the wall around the toilet which should have been cleaned. A cleaning person could not miss it. If a small bathroom can't be thoroughly clean, it makes me question the rest of the room and hotel. For $200, I expect much more and would not recommend this hotel. (On a positive note, the front lobby staff and the breakfast staff was friendly).
