Friendly people great location walking distance to a shopping center and restaurant. I will definitely come back to this hotel we had a great view

우선 방이 넓어서 좋았고 깨끗했습니다 위치도 그리 나쁘지 않았고 치안이 좋아서 안전했어요! 다시 또 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다 미국에서 하얏트 플레이스는 믿고 방문하는 편이에요:)

房間大，設施還算不錯，早餐就是美式早餐，還不錯。

房間比較大，乾淨衞生。早餐也不錯。步行5分鐘有個商場。很方便。

I liked that it was near stores and restaurants. The hotel had a heated outdoor pool, and even though it was cold out we were able to enjoy it. The breakfast buffet was great considering it was included. Loved the seating available in the lobby. We used it when we ordered in and would play a few card games together.

I booked this trip on behalf of my mother. This was a trip with her sisters that was planned out for a while. Friendly advice: Check your perks before booking. Parking is very expensive! Here is the reason why I would not recommend this hotel. I got a call from my mother in the evening after her interaction with the night manager. As much as I want to mention the name, I do not want to draw a target on their back so I will be respectful of that. My mother and her sister after getting ready on the morning of 02/21/23 asked housekeeping to clean their room as they removed the "do not disturb" since they were getting ready and did not want to be bothered. Housekeeping was right next door so they were confident leaving the hotel for the day. After returning in the evening, they walked in and realized the room was NOT cleaned and everything was left including trash and dirty towels. They went downstairs to speak to the evening/night manager and they were told that there was nothing that could be done. The cleaning staff was gone for the day. They asked why their request was ignored and instead of being compassionate, the manager started speaking to them as if they were children and said things like "That's it, we cannot do anything and walked away in a super aggressive manner" To speak to your guests this way is not okay! I called and spoke to a nice gentleman, he apologized on the evening manager's behalf. I cannot continue as I'm limited.

Hotel is located in a very convenient spot. CVS is just cross the street and many dining options nearby. There's a big shopping mall Americana just 10min walk away and the night view is great. Lots of people walking on the street at night so feels safe. The downside is mostly around the facility in the room, the room is clean but the lamp blinks often. The sofa bed is not quite usable because the foam has detached from the sofa itself, so if you sleep on it, the foam will actually float around and you might find laying on a big gap between foams. Strongly suggest the hotel to check those facilities. Otherwise everything else works well. The shower room is well designed and the staff were really nice. Regarding to parking, the hotel front desk will say they only offer valet parking for ~$35/day, however, there is a big parking lot behind the hotel and if you self park, it is about $20/day.

Amazing staff! Super friendly and helpful all that of them not just front desk and always available for anything I needed. Valet was pricey but totally worth it. Didn’t have to worry about my car at all. Breakfast was great a lot of options for my family.

The valet parking was so convenient and so totally worth it. The front desk staff was so amazing and it is a beautiful spot.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place in Glendale. Staff was friendly and helpful. The valet service was exceptional. Parking rate was not terrible for this area at $38 per night. Free breakfast in the morning. Rooms were clean and serviced every other day. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. We only had to travel about 20-30 mins by car to all of the sights we were visiting. Area was safe and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There was a CVS right across the street which was convenient. Would definitely recommend.
