I enjoy staying here. The service is impeccable & the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There's a variety of dining & entertainment options within walking distance. The conference staff are also very attentive. They offer a spa, restaurant, and grab & go.

This is a nice and new property located in a developing entertainment district. Plenty of dining and entertainment options in the area. The property was easy enough to navigate to. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful. Our door handle fixture was not installed properly, which resulted in us briefly not being able to access the room. Once inside, we discovered another problem with the door and notified the front desk attendant. The next day we received a phone call from the asst. manager regarding the door problem. We were very pleased with the attention that hotel staff gave to the matter. The room was clean; we did not have breakfast at the property. Would stay here again.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in Glendale was excellent. The staff was great, our service person was phenomenal, the room was clean and always well kept. The location was perfect, stores, restaurants and anything you need is available. The only negative was the breakfast, their excuse for scrambled eggs and what they called an omelet were very pathetic. McDonald's would have been a much better alternative. One morning the oatmeal was such that I could have used it for paper mache it was so thick. The only good things were the waffles, excellent, yogurt, cereals were good. The Hotel is excellent, don't plan on a decent breakfast

Ce for a family emergency and got the dirtiest hotel room I have ever had the displeasure of being in. The window curtain was completely see-through, there was nowhere to change. The sink had ceiling fans all over it. The shower had mold all over it obviously hadn’t been cleaned in weeks and the shower made such a weird awful sound when you tried to turn it on. The floors also had dirt. all over it and trash on the carpet. Do not stay here!!

Abbiamo soggiornato la notte del concerto The Rolling Stones 5/7/24.Abbiamo pagato un prezzo incredibilmente alto, poiché tutti gli hotel vicino allo stadio hanno messo in rilievo i loro prezzi a causa del concerto. Abbiamo scelto l'hotel come è a piedi allo stadio, ma non eravamo sicuri che ci piacerebbe il nostro soggiorno considerando alcune recensioni dell'hotel e il fatto che hanno messo in risalto i loro prezzi. Abbiamo avuto una notte molto piacevole presso la Tru by Hilton. La nostra camera era molto bella, pulita e confortevole. Il personale dell'hotel era professionale e amichevole. La maggior parte dell'hotel era molto tranquillo nonostante fosse completamente pieno. Indubbiamente, ci riferiamo a restare ancora lì, ma non a quel prezzo.

Adoro tutto lì, le camere sono pulite, comode letti, personale amichevole e utile, piscina gratuita e pulita, palestra e colazione. Parcheggio $5. Buona WiFi. Ambiente tranquillo. Bella indoor. La colazione era troppo presto per me personalmente, ma non è un problema. La colazione è fino a 9AM.

My husband and I rented rooms here for a three night birthday get away for our twin girls. They were turning 15 and each were each allowed to invite a friend. This hotel was PERFECT! The rooms are spacious, have a good sized fridge, a dish washer, and microwave. Let me say, with 4 teenagers in tow, this was a blessing! We stocked the rooms with items the girls could eat and drink! What the girls were the most excited about was a Tanger Outlet Mall which was just a short walk across the parking lot, how close we were to the entertainment, dining, and shopping in the Westgate Entertainment District and of course big room, cable, and the pool! I loved how clean and safe the hotel was. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! They offered a free breakfast and I enjoyed the fitness facility. I would definitely recommend and will stay again! 10 out of 10!

Booked the 2 room family suite for an overnight on 7/20/24. Great location with easy access of Loop 101 and Camelback. Dozens of nearby restaurants, Wal Mart less than a mile away and State Farm stadium 5 minutes. Large 2 room suite with plenty of room for a large family. We had the King side with a sleeper sofa while daughter took the 2 queen side. Large bathroom (only 1) for the 2 room suite. Comfy beds, quiet location. Good breakfast the next morning as we headed on to Vegas.

I was hesitant to stay at this property given a lot of the bad reviews on the property and the customer service at the front desk. However, we ultimately decided to stay at this property because the it offered two rooms and kitchen and we wanted to stay in Glendale. My experience with each and every employee was pleasant and the property was in fine condition. I consider myself on the pickier side of things. The location was excellent, the room was clean and in great shape and the employees were friendly and helpful. The AC worked well which was needed given that the temperature was 113 and the pool was nice to go into at night. The property is well maintained. I've only stayed at a few Residence Inn and this was by far my favorite.
