Great location. Comfort room and nice bed.
Staff very well coming and helpful.
Near so many restaurants and shopping center.
Strongly recommend Hilton garden Richmond.

There were bags of trash piled up outside of the elevators, piles of sheets in the hallway outside of a room across from mine, very noisy ( hallway sounds and neighbor sounds came right in the room) and the room was not cleaned. The bedspreads/ blankets looked dingy, there was trash under the desk and marks in the bathtub, faucet on sink was gross and not cleaned either.

We stayed here on 2/17/24. Upon entry everything looked great. Lobby was clean and looked very inviting. I couldn't say the same for the room. The entire 2nd floor reeked of wet carpet and stale cigarettes. The room we had heating/Ac must have been broken it was so loud we didn't sleep all Night. The temperature was in the low 20s there was no way to sleep without heating. On 2/18/24 around 8am there was a tremendous amount of loud humming. May be an old vacuum of some sort but again after no sleep all night and no rooms to be transferred to id never recommend this place to anyone. I'll definitely be waiting on a GM to contact me as I believe I'm owed a refund

It was an average stay, hotel is a bit old. Would’ve been nice to be able to stream or have a smart tv in the room to at least cast.

Very nice building and location. Lovely bar for snacks, food and drinks! I loved the breakfast in the morning, very attentive and very delicious! 10/10 would recommend, and I hardly ever leave reviews!

Clean, older hotel. We did wake up to barking. Probably better for those traveling with pets.

This was at least our 15th stay. We were here 3 weeks ago and all was excellent. Not today. Room is just bad. needsv rennovation. Headboard knocking wall. Bad bathroom. Tv not working properly. Complained re above at desk and was told as we booked thru third party (*******) room choices were limited. Really? Was supposed to send an engineer to fix tv issue. Never showed up. Back to,the Hyatt next door next trip.

Evidently they did some renovations in the bathroom and left a mess. White dust all over everything, we had 3 towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. We didn’t even have hand soap. Luckily I had packed some just in case. We ate from the hotel restaurant, which that was very good.
