King Master bedroom suite is located on lower level with walk out to screened in deck that overlooks the lake. Also features a single small bed, built-in for a little one, and an attached private bathroom. Experience the in-room COFFEE BAR! This is the room everyone will be fighting over! Another single queen bedroom and full hall bathroom is located on the lower level. Second master suite offers 2 queen beds with attached private bathroom, lake view from window, and is located on entry level. An additional queen bedroom “Flamingo Room”, with it’s own hall bathroom is located on entry level. The bunk room is located up the stairs off the kitchen and offers two twin over full bunks, one full bunk bottom converts to futon couch. This room can sleep 6 in beds and has it’s on 1/2 bathroom ! The large flatscreen, smart TV is every kids dream and is a must for kids wanting to “game” while on vacation or wishing to relax with Netflix in the evening! Lower level living area includes a spacious well stocked kitchen, sofa with pull out sleeper for 2. Out the sliding glass doors you’ll find a Large patio with gas grill and fire pit. The swim/sun dock is fully visible from the patio so you can watch the kids play on the Lilly pad. Yes! It’s included! Smart TV’s are in all bedrooms and high speed WiFi included. Linens and towels provided. Washer/dryer available for use. Shared boat dock with slip - Must notify one advance if wanting to use (it’s $75 charge as we have to relocate a boat) Ample parking.
