I've done a lot of Comfort Inn in my life, but this one was one of the worst for multiple reasons, First, we found 4 bugs in our room (and we were on the 3rd floor) so not clean at all. Second, they have the smallest elevators I have seen in a hotel, we were not able to fit all 3 of us with the luggage carrier. Third, they had pretty much nothing for the included breakfast. No fruits, no bagels, no muffins and not even eggs. They had bread but litteraly nothing to put on it (no jam, no peanut butter, nothing) and they had cereals but no milk to put in. Lastly, the lady at the front desk was really rude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Bed was very comfortable, Of course, I spent the night before, in the red carpet from hell, with beds made of a concrete-like substance. Room was clean. Shower was good, with actual hot water, coming out of both the sink faucet & the shower head. Even though we had decided to swim, we were not able, due to a rather large contingent of children playing. A/C worked fine. Sausage, waffles & bread/toast, was available for breakfast. I would stay here on subsequent visits to this area.

Rooms was nasty. Beds had reused linen on them and a strong misty smell. Had to be moved to another horrible room which had a strong cigarette smell. Which caused me headaches and had to check out early due to uncomfortable uncleanliness. GM refused to refund nights that was unpleasant and un used.

The Hotel and it's accomodations were great. However the one problem we did see was the breakfast attendant was very rude to guests and telling certain people they couldn't take more than one of things they wanted and told other guests when they asked if certain food was going to be replenished no then waited til they left and brought out the new food they had just asked about. My husband and I work in food service and thought she wasn't very nice or accommodating. And it's an included continental breakfast so we didn't see a need for her bad behavior other than that we plan to stay there again in the future our room was nice clean and comfortable.

The service was solid, and a nice front desk person even helped me check in early. But the reception area, business center, elevators, and breakfast area were tiny. The computer in the business room was not working, but thankfully I had brought my own. When I went to use the pool in the middle of the afternoon it was closed for maintenance. My room was okay, but there was peeling sheetrock tape, holes in the bed ruffle and shower curtain, guck in the drain, and brown built up ice in the mini fridge. The toilet also ran and ran, making a loud noise. Overall, it felt out of date, in need of renovation, and in need of a deep clean. It worked for my purposes, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Friendly staff when you could get their attention, but there were too few people for too many guests. Breakfast was inedible. Room was clean, but multiple broken fixtures in the bathroom.
