I recently stayed at the Moxy Hotel in Glasgow and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the hotel's trendy and vibrant atmosphere. Ottimo hotel. Grande posizione per l'idro Glasgow. Hotel molto pulito e tempestivo. Anche il personale era grande. Il personale sia al check-in che al check-out erano estremamente gentile. Anche io avevo problemi a prenotare il ristorante online, quindi ho e-mailato e una signora chiamata Georgiana mi ha ordinato la prenotazione e ha risposto così velocemente. Il ristorante era anche grande e il cibo era bellissimo. Penso che la cameriera fosse chiamata Laura, ed era così amichevole e utile. Ho un altro concerto che arriva in aprile presso l'Hydro e sicuramente prenoterò questo hotel di nuovo.

La posizione e il personale erano molto amichevoli e niente era troppo difficile.

I’ve stayed at several Easyhotels across the country and you know what you’re going to get. It looks like this one was refurbished quite recently as it was in good nick. Paid £36 for a room. Had one without a window and to be honest I’ve got used to not having one. Good quality air con unit, bed was comfy and bathroom clean. Would definitely stay again, it’s spot on for what I need.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they sure went the extra mile to help us. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Everything you could want from a hotel room. Great breakfast service, large variety and very good quality. The hotel is situated close to the station and shopping area.

Grazie al personale, come viaggiatore solitario ero piuttosto nervoso ma mi sentivo così sicuro. Check-in era liscio e amichevole. L'hotel è pulito, elegante e intelligente. Hai bisogno della chiave della tua stanza per usare gli ascensori, quindi mi sentivo così sicuro andare nella mia stanza. Io mi sono fermato in una camera doppia e era così spaziosa! Tutto era teso e ben posato. Anche se c’era una fiera divertente sulla prossima strada, non mi ha davvero turbato quando chiuse la finestra. È la prima volta che mi sono fermato in un hotel aparthotel e mi consiglierei! Non sapevo che avere il ghiaccio nel congelatore e nel cucinatore mi renderebbe così felice haha. Poi, in camera mia, potevo raffreddare l'acqua e mangiare un bel pasto senza dover fare un bagno più costoso. Il bagno aveva anche una bella tovagliola riscaldata, così ho avuto la tovagliola più calda, più fluffie! Nel lobby hanno un filtro d'acqua britannico, giochi da tavolo, attrezzature di cucina extra, cibo e bevande. Sicuramente tornerò se mai visitare Glasgow di nuovo!

Located in George Square, this hotel has been a lovely surprise for myself and my partner. The service was excellent, and the check in smooth and fast. The guy at the reception helped us upgrade FOC the room to a double. The room was spacious and clean, and the overall furniture style is modern and yet classy and cosy 10/10. We also had drinks at the bar and also there the service was nice and the drinks very well made. Finally we had breakfast in the morning. The variety and food quality was excellent, minus the coffee unfortunately, even tho this didn't ruin the experience. I'd definitely come back!

La stanza era pulita, aveva tutto quello che voleva. Camera confortevole, pulizia rapida e buona atteggiamento verso gli animali 😊 Interessante design dell'hotel e posizione conveniente. La stanza era tranquilla, quindi ho avuto un bel riposo dopo un lungo cammino intorno alla bella città 🥰. I colazione sono comuni, se si ferma per più di tre giorni, sembra troppo monotone 🤔Ma l'impressione globale è eccellente 👍

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel around 8 times and absolutely loved it. Beautiful modern comfy rooms, lovely bar area and the best ever showers! We have always experienced first class service from lovely staff. This unfortunately came to an end when we checked in last month. There was one really lovely young lady at reception as we arrived but she was caught up with another guest sorting out a problem with the TV remote control. I believe this girl summoned another staff member to come out from the office to deal with us. Out she came, never said hello, no eye contact infact was cold, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I'm guessing she was not happy at being called out of the office. So, with a cold and hostile attitude, we were checked in and given keys. As we always requested a downstairs room, I noticed our room was upstairs. I asked if there were no downstairs rooms, and we had requested this. She said”yes so I see,” and said no, there aren't any . So would you not think that when checking someone in who had requested a downstairs room, you would at least acknowledge this. Unfortunately, this has put me off returning and we have been staying at a different hotel. It's such a shame when the hotel is lovely and that one ”huffy” receptionist can ruin everyone else's hard work.
