Hotel in zona Silverburn, Glasgow

Dopo diversi tentativi di trovare una stanza, sono arrivato al giardino e Javier dalla stanza del fronte, e mi sono lasciato entrare (la porta era chiusa come era ora due ore) e mi sono trovato una stanza molto comoda. Egli era molto comprensivo delle sfide che ho incontrato in viaggio, mi ha controllato in fretta ed efficiente, mi ha dato una bottiglia d'acqua complimentare, la stanza era moderna e il letto era estremamente confortevole. Ci sono stati molti plug e sockets USB ben posizionati. Grande doccia e servizi. Questo è un grande hotel e Javier è un credito al marchio Marriott.

Tutti erano amici, le direzioni erano facili da trovare, il colazione era buono e la pulizia della stanza era disponibile. Un viaggio molto soddisfacente. Tuttavia c'è un bar in basso che può essere rumore in mezzo alla notte e non c'erano scarpe.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they sure went the extra mile to help us. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Everything you could want from a hotel room. Great breakfast service, large variety and very good quality. The hotel is situated close to the station and shopping area.

Grazie al personale, come viaggiatore solitario ero piuttosto nervoso ma mi sentivo così sicuro. Check-in era liscio e amichevole. L'hotel è pulito, elegante e intelligente. Hai bisogno della chiave della tua stanza per usare gli ascensori, quindi mi sentivo così sicuro andare nella mia stanza. Io mi sono fermato in una camera doppia e era così spaziosa! Tutto era teso e ben posato. Anche se c’era una fiera divertente sulla prossima strada, non mi ha davvero turbato quando chiuse la finestra. È la prima volta che mi sono fermato in un hotel aparthotel e mi consiglierei! Non sapevo che avere il ghiaccio nel congelatore e nel cucinatore mi renderebbe così felice haha. Poi, in camera mia, potevo raffreddare l'acqua e mangiare un bel pasto senza dover fare un bagno più costoso. Il bagno aveva anche una bella tovagliola riscaldata, così ho avuto la tovagliola più calda, più fluffie! Nel lobby hanno un filtro d'acqua britannico, giochi da tavolo, attrezzature di cucina extra, cibo e bevande. Sicuramente tornerò se mai visitare Glasgow di nuovo!

Wonderful experience staying in this hotel. Good environment, really clean, has swimming pool facilities, big room, comfortable beds.

Possiamo andare da Kent a Scozia per il matrimonio.Abbiamo trovato l'hotel online e quando siamo arrivati a clydbank e abbiamo trovato molto felice che abbiamo offerto l'aggiornamento a nessun costo aggiuntivo e una bella vista sul fiume grazie.

Excellent service from walking through the door Mark on reception was pleasant efficient and very helpful at check inn ,my room as ready a little early and was still allowed to check inn , room was good with no issues nice and clean bed very comfortable, all the staff are very pleasant and welcoming, food and service i cannot fault , for me the location is ideal being close to the M74 , a good overall hotel staff location and rice rolled into one , i will be staying here again well done guys .
