So if you want to get amongst the great nightlife, shopping, theatres and cinemas, you'll be right at the heart of the action. Spend the morning strolling through the Buchanan Galleries doing some window shopping. Then find a window for lunch before an afternoon watching some great sport at the Emirates Arena. There's still time to catch a band at the Hydro before coming back to the hotel for some tasty food at our Thyme restaurant and a great night's sleep in your comfy bed.

Amazing. Beds are so comfy. Excellent service. Definitely coming back to Premier Inn.

Room is clean with good shower. Location is very near Buchanan station which is very convenient to travel outside Glasgow.Breakfast is ok, no variation for the whole week during our stay.

Ho scelto questo hotel principalmente per la posizione: sicuramente ottima per visitare Glasgow e a meno di 100 metri dalla principale stazione di bus. Purtroppo, malgrado il prezzo pagato non proprio di fascia bassa, l'albergo non è stato il massimo. Cominciamo dalla camera, mi hanno dato (non richiesta) una camera per disabili. Normalmente non sarebbe un problema ma era complicato utilizzare un lavandino molto più basso della norma così come gli altri accessori. Il wifi gratuito era scandaloso. Veramente non si riusciva a fare nulla. Certo si poteva avere qualcosa di meglio pagando un extra (5 sterline al giorno). Sono anni che negli alberghi non mi chiedono l'extra per il wifi. In camera c'era solo un asciugamano (camera prenotata per 2). Ho dovuto richiederli e aspettare che me li portassero. Infine, un giorno prima della partenza ho avuto un problema con il bagno che non funzionava ed ho dovuto sollecitare 3 volte che lo sistemassero.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti a fine luglio 22,la posizione è ottima in pieno centro,abbiamo cenato due sere in hotel e ci siamo trovati bene...ottimo il fish and chips,il personale è molto cortese e disponibile,un appunto però voglio farlo a Grant sempre sorridente e cordiale è un vero piacere vederlo in hotel...

Had a lovely stay here the night before a coach trip with my 6 year old daughter. We used the self check in service in the main reception area and headed straight to our rooms. We had a triple room. Lovely comfy double and single bed, lots of usb and plug sockets, ensuite room with shower and bath. Excellent water pressure, with supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Kettle in the room with tea,coffee, etc, flat screen TV with exposed HDMI port to watch your own items from a laptop. Only let down for me was the TV. Last Premier inn I stayed at allowed me to log into my own Netflix, etc, via streaming. This TV I felt was clunky and outdated. Clearly, the remote needed new batteries as it had a terrible delay from pressing the button to actually doing anything. It was also impossible to get a TV guide to display. It only showed the channels, not what was playing now and next, like most freeview TVs, so we stuck to our tablets / phones. Great wifi signal, nice enough view (11th floor), quiet rooms, warm and comfortable, everything you'd expect from a premier inn. Breakfast had a great selection of hot foods, cereals, and continental selection with both hot and cold drinks. A lovely stay, highly recommended, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again

We checked in after a delayed train journey. 18th floor. We are elderly and found the bed a tad high. We also found the bed a bit soft . Breakfasts were good but possibly due to the buffet nature food tended to be not hot enough. Air con, not sure if it was working properly but we longed to open a Window Overall it was good value and the location excellent . Staff were helpful and professional

We’ve stayed at a few Premier Inn hotels before and really liked them. We stayed at this particular one because it was nice and central with a carpark just a short walk up the road. We always book a Premium room. We decided to ask if we could check in early as I saw that you could pay an extra £15 to do so. All went well. We got to our room on the 16th floor and I was concerned to see two fans in the lift foyer area and a fan in our room, bad sign. Turns out the air conditioning was barely working and we spent an uncomfortable night with the fan on and the non existent aircon. We noticed the aircon also stopped on its own randomly as well. The fan was cheap and actually didn’t do a good job either and would regularly speed up, which for some reason caused less air to blow out making things feel even hotter. People on floors 18 and 10 said their aircon was too cold and they had to turn it off. Another guy on 9 said his was hot like ours. I was more annoyed that staff knew there was a problem and said nothing when we checked in. We also mentioned it the next morning and they just said they couldn’t get an update because it wasn’t 9am. No apology, no attempt to help, report back, move us to another room. We suffered through two nights of heat. Really wished we had jumped up and down and demanded to be moved. The whole hotel is very tired, and needs desperate updating. Our room had many areas of chipped paint and a worn out chair. Restaurant chairs were all worn and marked, carpet stuck together with tape. I really can’t recommend this hotel.
