The location is great. Just a min or less walk from Glasgow Queens Street Station and the bunchhan Street Subway. Also quite near to the bus stop where we took the airport Express to the airport.
A basic and clean room with a complimentary mini bar. And is near to the shopping area.

Very nicely located in town, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was fine, for me the pillows were quite uncomfortable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Position of hotel excellent in city centre. Otherwise not so good, mattress solid, very uncomfortable, handles falling off chests of drawers x 2, very, very tired and outdated. Free bar was restricted. Furniture and decor very old. Breakfast not worth the money, all buffet style, food had been out for a long time, overcooked and dry, Noise reduction from other rooms poor. Needs a total full upgrade.

Excellent location. Close to train, bus stations and shopping so very convenient for travelers. We had the Scottish breakfast in the restaurant which was delicious and substantial. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I was very tired and had a backache so I stayed in my room. The bed was very comfortable and room service from the restaurant was prompt and very good.

A great place to say if you are visiting Glasgow. Close to stop 1 on the hop on hop off bus tour and Queen Street station for the trains. Friendly staff and easy to walk to restaurants and shopping from it.

As a native Glaswegian, I visit frequently and have stayed at many city center hotels over the years. I had kind of settled on the Hilton until I found the Carlton George. Now this has become my place to stay when visiting the City.The Airport Bus stops at the front door after a 10 to 20 minute ride. Small comfortable hall and also separate resident's lounge. Comfortable, modern rooms.
Smack in the City Center, 20 yards to subway entrance. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant with a view of distant hills and of course, other roof tops.
