All in all was a comfortable stay, a plus on the breakfast staff so friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was very good, hearty and warm.
Only surprise was I had to pay again at the front desk even though I already did online upon booking.
Yet to be resolved by Trip.com customer service side. I hope it will be soon and I can my refund.

Good location for a walk into town. Meals were good in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Staff friendly

Non conoscevo la catena Premier INN presente in Scozia. Devo dire che è stata veramente una scelta azzeccata sia a livello economico che per i comfort e per la rapidità del check in e out e per la posizione ottima rispetto ai centri da visitare. Comodi i materassi e i cuscini, premier inn sposa la cultura del buon riposo! Top

I arrived at reception to realise that I hadn't managed to book my room. It was all very last minute. The lady on reception was so kind and helpful. I made the booking on my phone and was offered a cup of tea whilst I did this. Immediately took the stress out of the situation and I felt relaxed and welcome. The rest of the team were exactly the same, so friendly and customer focused. I felt comfortable to come and go as I pleased, but knew if I needed anything I could ask. The atmosphere in the hotel was upbeat and friendly. The room was so comfortable. Really modern, light and the temperature control was excellent. Being in a hot hotel room is so often the case and ruins your stay. The shower was lovely and everything was spotless. It is a great location, walking distance to the centre of Glasgow. I would highly recommend this hotel and well done to all the team there, you are doing a great job.

Stayed one night as my car is not ulez friendly reasonable price it was handy that the hotel is just outside the ulez making a short trip by taxi to my appointment . only negative was the parking charge of £20 in front of the hotel was at it! Over all a comfy stress free stay

Good room, good location, ok restaurant, staff is fine. But I was freezing all night, the heating system doesn't work. Specially for what they charge, I think that's disrespectful to their clients. I had a terrible night's sleep, and will not be staying there again...

The pillows are the flufist ive ever felt.... the beds are very comfy. Heating and cooling works very well. Shame that there were no glasses for a glass of water...only coffee cups and there were not enough packets of tea or coffee. Also no cups to rinse teeth.

Excellent room, was a Premier Inn plus ( not booked one so a surprise). Gorgeous room, spotless very comfy bed. Air con a bit wonky but other than that excellent. Was worried as previous reviews were negative. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Ok this is a difficult one. I could have marked down heavily for the building work noise and last night the restaurant was closed for some reason. Whilst I'd been notified after I had booked a out the building work there was no way financially I could make any changes do not good. The restaurant issue was worse as a diabetic I needed to fuel up and there's not much in the area. Luckily there was a fish and chip shop nearby, not a great one but adequate. A really good deli/cafe on Crown Street good for breakfast (including Sundays) and other treats. Ok what about the hotel itself. A twenty minute stroll from Central Station but watch the pavements they are in a rough way! Room looked recently updated so nice. Massive comfortable bed and a really nice shower. Unlike others my room warmed up quickly when adjusted the thermostat. Decent reception and staff I met were very friendly so overall if the rate is good I'd be happy to stay here again. I would however compare with central prices as if the difference is marginal I'd choose the city centre option
