Hotel super conveniente, il servizio di reception è molto buono, le camere sono pulite e luminose e l'aria condizionata non può riscaldare in estate (non chiedetemi perché ho bisogno di riscaldare in estate, chiedete solo che sia così freddo di notte) La posizione dell'hotel è un po' decentrata ma accettabile, insomma molto soddisfatta

Basic but nice. There is currently a lot of building works going out right outside and we couldn't even hear our TV over it. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Staff were miserable for the most part. The fan was ineffective and noisy. However, you get what you pay for and town was a 10 min walk away.

The hotel room were decently spacious and had a really friendly staff. Location of the hotel was perfect as the city centre was only a few minutes away by bus and walk. Loved the stay overall.

Perfect location for King Theatre and other places to visit . Staff very accommodating and little nice bonuses of drinks and biscuits in room. TV was huge. Bathroom was a bit tiny bit made up with good shower room. Bar is 24 hours a and also had a pool table.

The hotel’s advertised address is different from hotel actual address.

Stayed for one night. The room was spacious and bigger than expected. Everything was clean. The only thing is the water pressure of the shower wasn't very consistent.

Staff very kind and helpful. Although I agree with energy saving, a small room with a window that does not open and the air conditioning that does not cool off at the desired temperature is not acceptable (a completely ineffective gradation is set). That the room was small was already evident from the booking, but the information on the restriction of opening the window for safety (a few cm) was completely hidden. Not exactly in the city center.
