Tutto andava bene. Mi è piaciuta la posizione e le dimensioni della stanza. Ma sono sorpreso di vedere che Travelodge sta ancora addebitando il WiFi. Ho dovuto pagare 3 sterline per l'accesso WiFi 24 ore su 24. E la premessa non ha una buona copertura per utilizzare i miei dati. Strano. Quasi tutti gli hotel dispongono di WiFi gratuito. Penso che Travelodge debba fare qualcosa al riguardo

La stanza era un po' malandata. Il bollitore elettrico era sporco ma nel complesso era abbastanza pulito per passare la notte.
La posizione era ottima e vicino alla zona dello shopping. Il parcheggio era un po' lontano.

Il personale era fantastico, davvero disponibile, la camera non era male per chiedere una camera familiare ma aveva una camera doppia con un letto singolo sotto che si ripiega. La pulizia era ok aveva alcuni segni sulle lenzuola, il bagno non sembrava essere stato sospeso perché c'erano dei peli sul pavimento dietro la porta. Era costoso per quello che abbiamo ottenuto se il prezzo fosse migliore ci tornerei.

Hotel is really close to the Citu Centre and GOMA. Happy that restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Staff are nice. Only little sorry that I forgot the hairdryer is not included.

I couldn't even actually check in because it was overbooked. Pretty bummed as staff had to move me to another hotel. Was able to use their bar while waiting, which was quite nice

Great location. Stayed here before. Staff are friendly but it's really let down in other areas.
Our room was filthy. Bed was fresh but the desk was sticky, carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered in weeks and when I went to plug in my phone beside the bed there was the remains of someone's peperami snack lying on the floor.
Bathroom had a brown poo mark on the loo seat (which we cleaned!) And the loo floor was covered in long black hairs. I am platinum blonde and my friend has long dyed red hair... We told reception who offered to comp us breakfast but we had already paid for it so they just took the feedback.
We asked for an iron and ironing board, and they were really pitiful appliances. They could do with an upgrade for sure.
Oh and during breakfast the coffee machine was fully broken and was being taken apart...

The service was very good and the room was very clean. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Hotel and location was good. Parking was available at nearby NCP at a reduced rate for hotel customers which is located 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There was no hand wash in the toilet despite reminding the counter desk. Room was comfortable but heating wasn't up to scratch. Heater was a bit tricky to use.

Perfectly located from Central Station with loads of pubs, cafés & restaurants within a 5 minute radius. Nearby shops to suit every taste& budget too.
My only complaint was not realising there is no hairdryer in the room after I'd taken a fabulous shower & washed my hair. Luckily it was a nice warm day so my hair dried naturally reasonably quickly.
We visited Bier Halle close by and loved it. We're already planning our next booking for this Travel lodge soon.
