Modern, clean rooms, centralized location for bus and train stations. Aimée at the front desk was helpful, professional, and always cheerful! Bag check/store was great and made our stay much more convenient. They have breakfast available, but we did not try it.

Lovely hotel with great staff across the hotel. The bedrooms were well appointed and clean, with lovely fluffy pillows. Stevie and team in the morning for breakfast were welcoming and helpful! The gym was small, but as you booked a spot you always had access to the equipment.

I booked my two night stay over the phone and spoke to a lovely man called Matt , he was so helpful and when I arrived he had arranged chocolates and a lovely card for me with a personal Message from the staff as it was an important t stay , he went over and above anc nothing was too much trouble ,he very kindly came to my room to help me with the air con , all the staff were just incredible ,the room was large ,clean and the wellness facilities were just what I needed , there are many nice hotels in Glasgow but I would come back simply because of the staff ,I felt so special and welcome ,I will def return very soon ,Matt you are a credit to hospitality x Pauline

Nice hotel & bar downstairs, the two stevies doing the breakfast were great and catered for everyone’s needs. I used the gym which has just about what you need for a good workout, Could do with colder air con and some water in the room would be nice 😅

Comfy bedding, relaxing spa and super friendly staff. Special shoutout to Stevie, Lucy and Amy for the hospitality. Really nice drinks at the bar at a fair price. Went as a birthday treat from my girlfriend and greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

First time staying here! Great location most areas of the hotel are really lovely decorated. Stevie at breakfast in the morning was AMAZING how lovely to be greeted with such a gem of a guy. Credit to the company! Only let down was the room tiny space and a tiny window temperature all over the place.

Excellent location for access to all attractions and areas of interest. Rooms comfortable. The day always starts with a smile from Stevie at breakfast, a very friendly and helpful chap. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Glasgow.

From the get go it’s been a great stay staff at front desk having no issues with it been a last min booking literally 20 min prior to arrival Front desk staff chatty and bubbly and a pleasure to deal with Rooms clean tidy and looking great Breakfast in the morning had plenty to choose from and was tasty Stevie was a great host full of chat and knowledge and made the morning better
