Pessimi, prenotato per errore, dopo nemmeno mezz'ora chiamo per disdire, mi dicono che non è possibile. Alla mia richiesta del perchè, mi rispondono che non possono. Alla mia insistenza, rispondo che non vogliono. Bello prendere i soldi senza lavorare, perchè di fatto non hanno lavorato per me se non rispondendo alla mia chiamata. Tutto torna...ne riparliamo tra qualche tempo

The hotel is situated in the centre of the town which makes you easy to go anywhere. Don’t forget to park your car in their car park which is more cheaper than you put your car in somewhere.

È uno dei miei hotel preferiti in cui andare, sono sempre accolto dal personale adorabile che è caloroso e benvenuto, ora sono un po' un normale, quindi è bello

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole saluto al nostro arrivo.La nostra camera reale era confortevole, grande e aveva tutte le strutture che avete bisogno, anche se un frigo sarebbe stato bello. Pensavamo che la decorazione fosse deliziosa. Il letto era molto confortevole e anche se in una posizione davvero centrale, il rumore dei rivelatori di venerdì/sabato sera non era un problema. La stanza era pulita e dispone di una doccia decente con i bagni d'albergo che odore molto. L'hotel è stato molto più aperto, ma il personale è molto a posto. In tutto ciò, si raccomanda e ritornerà.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they sure went the extra mile to help us. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Everything you could want from a hotel room. Great breakfast service, large variety and very good quality. The hotel is situated close to the station and shopping area.

Grazie al personale, come viaggiatore solitario ero piuttosto nervoso ma mi sentivo così sicuro. Check-in era liscio e amichevole. L'hotel è pulito, elegante e intelligente. Hai bisogno della chiave della tua stanza per usare gli ascensori, quindi mi sentivo così sicuro andare nella mia stanza. Io mi sono fermato in una camera doppia e era così spaziosa! Tutto era teso e ben posato. Anche se c’era una fiera divertente sulla prossima strada, non mi ha davvero turbato quando chiuse la finestra. È la prima volta che mi sono fermato in un hotel aparthotel e mi consiglierei! Non sapevo che avere il ghiaccio nel congelatore e nel cucinatore mi renderebbe così felice haha. Poi, in camera mia, potevo raffreddare l'acqua e mangiare un bel pasto senza dover fare un bagno più costoso. Il bagno aveva anche una bella tovagliola riscaldata, così ho avuto la tovagliola più calda, più fluffie! Nel lobby hanno un filtro d'acqua britannico, giochi da tavolo, attrezzature di cucina extra, cibo e bevande. Sicuramente tornerò se mai visitare Glasgow di nuovo!

The hotel is really nice and quiet, the bed was really comfortable. It can be quite hard to find the way in if you’ve come at night when it’s dark and not many people around. It’s quite straight forward with transport links into the town when you know where you are going.

Great location by motorway with many amenities like spa , swimming pool for adults and kids also jacuzzi and sauna as well rooms are nice

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel around 8 times and absolutely loved it. Beautiful modern comfy rooms, lovely bar area and the best ever showers! We have always experienced first class service from lovely staff. This unfortunately came to an end when we checked in last month. There was one really lovely young lady at reception as we arrived but she was caught up with another guest sorting out a problem with the TV remote control. I believe this girl summoned another staff member to come out from the office to deal with us. Out she came, never said hello, no eye contact infact was cold, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I'm guessing she was not happy at being called out of the office. So, with a cold and hostile attitude, we were checked in and given keys. As we always requested a downstairs room, I noticed our room was upstairs. I asked if there were no downstairs rooms, and we had requested this. She said”yes so I see,” and said no, there aren't any . So would you not think that when checking someone in who had requested a downstairs room, you would at least acknowledge this. Unfortunately, this has put me off returning and we have been staying at a different hotel. It's such a shame when the hotel is lovely and that one ”huffy” receptionist can ruin everyone else's hard work.
