Everything was amazing. The castle is wonderful. The grounds are immaculate and so much fun to explore. The service was the best. The staff cares so much about their guests and strive for the perfect experience. Everyone we met prided themselves in service and we had some extraordinary experiences because of that.

I had booked a one night Gourmet Break with my wife to celebrate my 70th birthday. Glenapp Castle is gated estate, so having contacted reception by the intercom on arrival at the gate, staff were waiting for us in the car park to take our luggage direct to our room. We were then given a personal tour of the hotel facilities and shown to our spacious and comfortable room. The hotel is very tastefully furnished in a Scottish Baronial style with the public rooms enjoying beautiful views over the Firth of Clyde and the imposing isle of Ailsa Craig. The tasting menu and wine flight were superb and served by knowledgeable and friendly staff. A wonderful celebration and many thanks to all at Glenapp Castle for their attentiveness.

Glenapp is an amazing, beautiful castle, with the most amazing scenery. We had our wedding here in July and it couldn't have gone any better. The staff are fantastic, helpful, and extremely friendly. I would especially like to thank Katie and Lana who looked after us during our stay. They went above and beyond, making our special day that much more enjoyable.

It’s a magical place, from the moment you press the buzzer at the gate to announce your arrival, then wait for the electric gates to slowly welcome you to the beautiful drive through the grounds to the castle at the top of the hill, where staff are waiting at the entrance to take your bags and park your car. Service and attention to every detail are above and beyond. Beautiful floral arrangements meet you in every room. The food is outstanding, and cocktails And canapés before dinner are exquisite. We have stayed in many hotels throughout the world , and Glenapp is right on the top of our list

My son and I had the unique opportunity to stop at Glenapp for a 3 night stay. We did not know what to expect, but the experience was beyond a dream. The staff met us at our car with a warm welcome, as if we were family returning home from a long journey. The room was comfortable, with an incredible view of the far away ocean - an inspiration of what life may have been during Scotland's long history. We took advantage of the amenities and adventures offered on site, from e-biking around the property to walking in the garden and napping in the peaceful solarium. We took a day trip to Port Patrick for golf and discovered the most wonderful nearby community! Our meals were unmatched for menu, presentation and taste -- what a treat to share this time with my son before he heads away for college and starts a new life chapter. I can't wait to bring the rest of my family someday, so they can discover what it feels like to be treated as a true guest, and welcomed into the most dreamy vacation spot. Three days was not long enough!

We had a lovely stay at Glennapp castle. Our room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The service was truly a five-star experience, and our 7-course tasting menu was flavorful, well-portioned, and well-timed. We were lucky to catch a colorful sunset after dinner from the dining room and our room.

From the start to finish - what an experience - each and everyone at the castle were so lovely. Everyone so friendly. I can highly recommend anyone to go and have timeout here. We chose the 7 course starter menu which was great - trying food if not normally do.

Just an incredible experience. It began with the staff greeting us at the Castle doors. We were then whisked to the drawing room where were offered refreshments and were given a tour of the key locations in the castle. Our room was very spacious with all those luxury extras at our disposal. Dinner was amazing, and served by the waiting team in a very professional and friendly manner. We paid a visit to Troon for the golf and we took advantage of the hotels shuttle service. The driver (Neil) was also very friendly and made our journey very enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner/boss (Paul) and Ben (Manager) who were both extremely engaging. It was clear their management style runs throughout the business. A massive thanks for assistance during a brief health scare, and for sharing my birthday with me. Regards Paul and Sherree
