Il personale è molto caldo e accogliente. Il posto è ben mantenuto. L'unico posto che mi sono perso in questa proprietà era il posto da pranzo e il loro bel ristorante, non poteva farlo come si è stancato e dormito troppo presto. M sicuramente devono essere sorprendenti anche.

Il mio soggiorno presso Wedlock Greens Hotel & Resort non era altro che eccezionale. Dalla mia arrivo, mi sono impressionato dalla calda ospitalità e dall'atmosfera tranquilla della proprietà. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e ben decorate, con una combinazione perfetta di comfort e lusso. Le strutture erano di alto livello, e l'attenzione per i dettagli per garantire il comfort degli ospiti era evidente.

I guess ”Poor” is the wrong word for Parklane Resort and its staff specially Mr. Vikarnt Verma and the front office staff ****** Singh. The best word to define them was Greedy and Notorious. Now I will explain why I am saying so, I have a booking in this resort for 2 nights that is 18th and 19th Feb 2020 under booking reference ID ********* via Agoda. As we were traveling to Dhanbad from Lucknow due to traffic congestion we reached late around 8:00 PM in the night and these guys canceled our booking and said they have not received any booking via Agoda. The best part Mr. ****** and ****** is trying to explain technical jargon. Dude, I manage a site with a billion transactions in 24 hours and I know what Agoda is. So after a long tussle, they just asked us to leave their resort by saying that they have arranged our rooms in Kings Resort which is just a dumping ground for us. I have not expected such a low mentality from these folks as we were a group of 10 people with kids & oldie people and we have booked an executive room so you can understand what kind of service we were expecting. This brings me conclusion either that Mr. Vikrant Singh is stupid and is not fit tourism industry or he is incapable of handling the situations like this. I would not say any good word for Mr. Vikrant and Pinky for selling our booked room to someone else who has booked the marriage hall in their resort. They have just unethical business practices with poor executioners like Mr. Vikrant and Pinky.

3. C'è un enorme problema di ac elettrico non funziona correttamente nessuna remota per ac, anche i geyser non funziona correttamente, la stanza e il letto non sono puliti ogni giorno. Nessuna acqua, nessuno occhiali nella stanza, nessun cibo, nessun kit per bagni, nemmeno nessun intercom nella stanza.

I recently stayed at luxus inn hotel in dhanbad and overall, my experience was positive. The hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to key areas in the city. The breakfast served during my stay was delightful. Additionally, the availability of ample car parking space was a significant convenience, ensuring a hassle-free experience during my visit. However, i encountered a minor issue during my stay. The water boiler in my room was not functioning properly. Despite promptly reporting the issue to the front desk, indicating the urgency of the matter, there was a delay in receiving assistance. Despite the assurance that someone would come and rectify the problem, regrettably, no one arrived to resolve the issue. While this didn’t majorly impact my overall experience, it did affect the comfort of my stay, and i hope such instances can be addressed more promptly in the future. Despite this hiccup, i found my stay at luxus inn hotel to be pleasant, primarily due to the positive aspects mentioned earlier. I appreciate the efforts of the staff in making my stay comfortable and hope that the attention to detail regarding room amenities can be improved for a more seamless guest experience.
