"This is the first time for me to go to banyuwangi…..at 1 st….i didnt know where to stay and when I browse, I found this hotel and the location is in the main road…. . The staffs there are friendly and helpful…. And it’s easy to find food there….there’s a cafe and chinese food restaurant there….the place is very cozy and the price is very affordable….if you are lazy to go out….just order food from them and they will send it to your room . Will be back to here again …..thank you aston banyuwangi for the hospitality"

"An excellent base for visiting Ijen, the room was spacious and very nice. The property is very well-maintained. The only flaw is the lack of clarity regarding some additional services, such as early check-in and the Ijen tour. I recognize that the staff did their best to resolve the issues."

"The hotel itself was good with good location, but definitely needs an upgrading. The room was full of mosquitoes, cockroaches and lizards and air conditioning was noisy. The service is really bad, we had to ask for even toilet paper and toiletries after check-in, and on the second day too. the Breakfast isn’t good either, they only have nasi goreng as an option and one other Indonesian dish with chicken. Somehow they were able to get us some eggs and bread after waiting about an hour at the breakfast table. Staff don’t understand English so you really have problem to explain things and ask for anything."
