Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

My makemy trip conferm booking they not considered & demand rs. 3000 more for booking. I pay more rs. 3000 for this booking.

Average stay with nice view and courteous staff, location of the property is undoubtedly the best, food is ok.

Torn sofa chairs cloth, chipped off paint of door & furniture, broken bathroom mug, very rude behaviour of front office staff, totally indifferent. Please arrange a call back, so that matter can be explained fully. Very bad experience. Really disappointed, it was the first time.

Check time mentioned as per makemytrip was 10. 30 am. Hotel policy is 10 am and they were calling in room for the checkout time. Staff is not professional and lacking overall hospitality nature. Property is good with clean beds and room and decent amenities. Big question on safety aspect. Can't find any security guard nor rooms have proper locks. Even reception not available during night for attending.

The trip was excellent. The food and service at hotel was great and everyone was helpful. The check-in and check-out was smooth. The view and activities were also great and we would definitely come back again. Thank you!

It was good value for money. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were attentive. The rooms were spacious with great décor and crisp bed sheets. Amazing riverview. Quite & peaceful environment.
