Ottimo lavoro e buon colazione la stanza è pulita e confortevole solo mezza un commento sui canali TV non c'è nessun canale inglese Spero che la gestione dell'hotel si accorga di aggiungere canali inglese vicino che è un supermercato turco e anche altri 2 grandi supermercati molto vicini all'hotel a circa 10 m di distanza Ristorante italiano e tedesco La stazione di autobus è a circa 200 m di distanza dal centro della città e la stazione principale

Colpisce subito l'aspetto informale ma curato nei dettagli. Ambiente confortevole e personale professionale. Check-in e out rapidi Molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ma le camere sono silenziose, accoglienti e funzionali (posto per riporre i propri effetti personali per un soggiorno di 2-3 gg) Colazione abbondante, varie scelte e di buona qualità

We had googled our way to the fact that the Hilton Mainz has a very good location right down to the Rhine and you can purchase access to the hotel's ”Executive Lounge”. We booked 5 nights and we were ready for a little vacation by the Rhine. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were quickly and efficiently checked in by Mrs. Blanco Flores, who upgraded us to a room with a view of the Rhine. Mrs. Flores made us aware, that the ”Executive Lounge” was unfortunately not that big, but we had to see that with our ”own eyes”. Really good service was provided upon check-in, and our expectations for the stay at the hotel became greater. The room we had been allocated was on the 5th floor with a wonderful view of the Rhine. We had booked a room with breakfast, so we were excited to see, how the breakfast buffet was. But we were very pleasantly surprised there 😊.. There was a reasonably large selection of various breads and hot items, so it was just a matter of getting started with breakfast. The hotel allows you to sit outside and enjoy your breakfast with a view of the Rhine, and watch the people walking and cycling past. We were very lucky with the weather, so breakfast was enjoyed for a little longer time than usual. After breakfast, we went up and see how the ”Executive Lounge” was. But unfortunately we were somewhat disappointed. The ”Executive Lounge” consists of 2 small rooms, where there were 3 tables in each room, and 3 people could sit at each table. When we got outside the time when alcoholic drinks are served, we could see that you could have a cup of coffee or an apollinaris. The snacks on display looked a bit boring, and the fruit wasn't of the best quality either. But cheer up, it could be good in the evening... But when we visited the ”Executive Lounge” in the evening, beer, wine and spirits were on display - but the snacks that were also on display didn't seem particularly inviting - so we didn't take any of them. Summary of our experience of the ”Executive Lounge” is that it is not necessary to purchase access to the ”Executive Lounge”. And we can only encourage hotel management to go on a study trip to Düsseldorf or Dresden, where we have experienced what an ”Executive Lounge” should really be like. In general, the level of service is very high, and the staff a super good service at the hotel 😊... Here we have to highlight in particular: Mrs. Flores from the reception, Heike from the breakfast restaurant and Brittany from Guest Relations. They gave us a really good service during our stay. In summary, we would give the hotel 4 stars out of 5. If the hotel should have had the last star, the ”Executive Lounge” must be upgraded with better rooms. (Could space be created for a small area down in the restaurant area, so that you also have the opportunity to sit outside on the warm summer evenings. We would like to come again at another time to enjoy the good location and super service 😊..

L'hotel era pulito e confortevole. Il personale era carino. E'a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ti daranno un buon drink gratuito se sei disposto a passare la stanza pulita ogni mattina. Questo è grande perché l'unica cosa negativa sull'hotel è che la stazione ferroviaria è il luogo più vicino per ottenere caffè o cibo. Non è lontano, ma è meglio se si può avere caffè subito dopo la sveglia.

Avevo bisogno di un hotel per una notte vicino all'aeroporto di Francoforte, e questo hotel era una perfetta partita. L'iscrizione è andata bene e la mia stanza era pronta in meno di 5 minuti. La stanza stessa era comoda e tranquilla, ho avuto una buona notte di sonno. Non ho avuto colazione all'hotel, ma è disponibile se necessario. In generale è un hotel di buona qualità a un grande punto di prezzo.

Hotel was very good by German standards. Modern and clean. Staff were very helpful especially Omi and Roy, who were very friendly and courteous. Always offering to help us and their cheerful disposition makes a tired day different. Didn’t expect to enjoy the stay but was pleasantly surprised.

Siamo stati alla ricerca di un alloggio per una notte, quando si è svolto un concerto in macello. La posizione è quasi direttamente in fronte - molto pratico. Prima di entrare in hotel si ottiene la possibilità di passare un check-in online. Per aprire le camere e l'hotel al di fuori delle ore di ricezione, l'ospite riceve un codice numerico. Il parcheggio è gratuito e senza preavviso. Molto pratico. TIPO: L'accesso al parcheggio è lungo la strada di Murnau dietro la casa. Purtroppo, l'osservazione all'ingresso principale è aumentata. :D Il check-in è in corso senza problemi. Si nota già una certa nonchalance, ma è molto simpatico. Nella zona di entrata ci sono macchine per la snack e le bevande e posti di lavoro informatici. Le camere sono luminose, tutte uniformi e compatte. Le finestre possono essere aperte, il clima funziona bene. I letti sono abbastanza grandi con 80*200CM e hanno un piacevole grado di durezza. TV e WiFi erano là. Ultimo con qualità invariata. Molto ordinato è stato la pulizia. La colazione è davvero conveniente con 10,50 EUR p.P. La selezione e la qualità sono buone. Il caffè è disponibile dal distributore, il succo dal donatore. Oltre ai soliti sospetti, ci sono anche pane di fragola e dolce. B&B soddisfa esattamente quello che si collega al marchio. L'alloggio è economico e conveniente.

We had to spend the night in this hotel because our Lufthansa flight was cancelled. What to tell : disgusting. The rooms are small and the bed quite uncomfortable. You can ear when someone in another room flush the toilet or take his shower. The meal is a joke….you had the choice between fish, you know the square fish with a crust, or a kind of chicken in a kind of tomato sauce. If you order a bottle of water be ready to pay 7,50€… And the staff fools Lufthansa with taxi vouchers. The staff of the hotel has friends taxi drivers and normally it’s one voucher for one taxi. But they manage to put more people in a taxi and to take all the vouchers of passengers. Little business.

Hotel ubicato in posizione semicentrale (occorrono 20/30 minuti a piedi per arrivare nella zona del Duomo), un po’ penalizzato dal fatto di essere circondato da strade piuttosto trafficate, anche se non si riscontrano problemi di rumore nelle camere. La struttura è moderna. Camere e bagni non sono molto grandi, essenziali negli arredi ma comunque in ordine e puliti. Ho trovato molto buona la colazione. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte nel corso di un tour ma ritengo sia una sistemazione nel complesso più che accettabile.
