Albergo molto molto sporco, quando siamo arrivati in camera il lavandino aveva diversi capelli neri sparsi e polvere. In più non ci hanno nemmeno pulito la stanza è cambiato le salviette. Alla nostra lamentela, l’unico addetto alla reception non ne sapeva niente. Non andrò mai più

A lovely hotel to stay at. We have stayed here on a few occasions and each time we have been made to feel so welcome. Upon checking in, Andy was there. He was so helpful , friendly and polite. He advised us on what was best. Tetaina was also friendly, polite and made you feel like old friends. Both welcoming. An excellent good night sleep was had due to blackout curtains. A great team including house keeping with good customer service.

We enjoyed our stay, and was greeted warmly by the receptionist who was very helpful. He helped me book and pay for breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean and was warm. There was plenty of parking and it was also free. There is a pub/restaurant next door too.

We have recently stayed here for 1 night. Checked in experience wasn't the greatest once got into the room it was very outdated with dirty carpets, not up to the usual premier inn standards. The bathroom was disgusting, and needed a good clean. The toilet blocked after one flush. Had to go and complain and requested to move rooms the receptionist was very reluctant to move us and mentioned that they were full. We refused to stay in the room as very unhygienic we were finally moved. That room was much better but the bathroom was still dirty.

Imagine booking bed and breakfast, only to be told there is no availability for us to have breakfast it’s fully booked, I booked the hotel over a month ago, at least allocate a table for breakfast? Had a drink in the bar n the evening, only one girl serving and tables left full of empties all night

Super comfy bed and a lovely welcome. We stayed here as we were getting married locally and it was exactly what we needed. Some of our friends and family were also there and loved it. We had a really good stay and the breakfast was absolutely on point. Would definitely recommend

Comfy room for the night and great customer service at the premier inn, unfortunately I had my motorbike stolen overnight even though it was parked by cameras. If you are going to park a motorbike there, park it by reception !! even though it says no parking.

The lad at the main desk was really amazing to speak to and really friendly his name was Alfie 👍 nicest guy I’ve met in a hotel good even give us a free breakfast best experience I have had in a hotel since I’ve been working away will defo be coming back

Comfy beds, clean hotel and ideal location. Majority of staff friendly, welcoming and professional. Just one staff member huffed at me when I requested room clean but later saw same lady and she was fine, must of been busy/having bad morning. Great breakfast/evening meals in pub next door. Couple of staff members in pub come across abruptly but maybe busy or new. Overall would say good value and will return
