Our stay was wonderful! The new owners are doing a phenomenal job! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable! The new manager went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. She was kind and compassionate given our circumstances. She stayed over an hour late that afternoon just to make sure we were taken care of! We will be giving this hotel our business in the future!

The rooms are average here, the internet doesn't work properly. It's otherwise a pretty average Hampton. The problem is the management. We ended up paying $6.56 more than the reservation stated, and I don't know why. The biggest issue was at check-in. There was no one there to check us in, and it wasn't very late - just before 9pm. We waited for a while, maybe 5 or 10 minutes, and then I called the hotel number. Melissa answered, I just told her that we were there to check in, and she hung up without comment. She did come out to check us in, but she told me that I should have gone behind the desk, and knocked on the door. I questioned why I would do that, or feel like it was acceptable, and she told me that she was just being funny. I didn't find it funny, and said that they could have a bell, or anything, and I didn't understand why she was being rude. She told me that I was being rude, and that she wouldn't give me a room if I continued being rude. I didn't understand how it got there, and just kept quiet until receiving the key. Once I had the key, I told her that she was the only one that was rude, and she told me that she was going to have me removed. Using the threat of not having a place to sleep that night should not be taken lightly, and it was clear this employee would have done it to anyone for almost any reason. I understand that workers in these positions are under stress and treated poorly, but sometimes the customer is still treated poorly for no reason. The most concerning thing, though, is that I contacted Hilton about it, and received unintelligible, clearly outsourced responses, and ended up getting nowhere with it. Hilton was one of the very best hotel chains 10 years ago, but has dropped to one of the worst. On this trip, I had issues with another Hilton property, and they chose to just not respond (they charged a made-up fee that wasn't disclosed). It's time to start looking at Marriott and other chains for quality accommodations.

The check in was very nice, everything was in order. The young lady was professional and efficient. The room had what it needed, but was a little rough around the edges, some wiring was exposed under the tv with some sort of AV system. It didn’t appear to present any danger, it just looked sloppy. Breakfast was okay, to brand standard, I expect. The woman running it was keeping up and was pleasant. Housekeeping was the disappointment, but not for the reason one might think. One of the housekeepers is walking down the hallway with a LOUDSPEAKER on her lapel, playing music. Two other housekeeping staff are with her. Marriott has been in the hotel business some 66 years and somehow they haven’t got it figured out to train their housekeeping staff to make sure they are not walking down guestroom hallways with loudspeakers blaring music? Two coworkers are with her, they don’t say anything. It is pretty unbelievable. They supply beds to sleep in, desks to work on, and the staff does that. It is not a street carnival. Also, there was a storm, nobody shoveled any part of the sidewalk for the morning. The hotel beside them had their sidewalks clean.

Mamma e io eravamo in un divertente viaggio stradale che era un po' distratto da problemi di auto.Quando siamo arrivati a questo luogo, avevamo guidato 10-11 ore in un tentativo di recuperare il tempo che avevamo perso. Grazie per aver trovato il miglior ovest, come abbiamo sempre trovato, che era sempre meraviglioso; quando abbiamo controllato, abbiamo trovato che la mia madre era inoperabile e che era profumata come se fosse in fuoco. La mia camera sembrava anche avere un'unità inoperabile. Quando la mamma li ha chiamati a far sapere che l'agente del desktop ha detto che avrebbe dovuto aspettare che arrivasse l'uomo di riparazione. La stanza non era adatta per lei, andavamo al divano e spiegavamo che andavamo via. Non era possibile continuare a tenere mia madre al caldo. L'agente del servizio frontale ci ha detto che qualsiasi rimborso doveva essere discusso con Nicole, il direttore generale, e ho chiamato Nicole un giorno o due dopo per discutere la situazione, e lei ha subito iniziato a sollevare la sua voce. Non mi è stata data la possibilità di parlare nemmeno una parola. Quando le ho chiesto se mi avrebbe dato la possibilità di parlare, mi ha legato. È stato un po' pigro. Vedo da dove provengono i terribili servizi al cliente. Il pesce puzza alla testa. Attualmente siamo in contatto diretto con le imprese, non è una buona rappresentazione di ciò che ho sempre trovato un grande luogo di soggiorno. L'unica risposta che può rispondere con sembra che sono sbagliati sono bugiardi, quindi essere pronti a leggerlo solo nella sua risposta.

It's not a five star hotel but, for what it is, the motel is perfectly fine for one night and was excellent value. The a/c and the wifi worked and there is coffee in the lobby. The location is near a freeway exit and close to shops and restaurants but is quiet. It seems that they have a problem hiring people so some of the front desk staff are working very long hours but they were still very professional.
