Very beautiful place in front of the beach with an excellent staff and service. People are warm and very helpful if you have any questions or need any help. The rooms is clean and cozy. The room for 2 is a bit small I will say, might need to choose a bigger option if you like having a bit more space. I will add that I thought it was a bit dark and missing some daily light inside. The bathroom outside with open sky was good until the rain and wind were too strong to actually use it. The environment around the hotel is very peaceful and not too busy compared to the center. You can easily rent a bike and go to the center at any time if you want. Very convenient. You have a very good restaurant next door with great selection or food and beverages as well.

The villa' are very quiet and peaceful. They are next to the shore and it also provides a restaurant that's on the beach.

Uno tra i più bei resort dell'isola si trova nella zona più tranquilla dove il punto mare come barriera corallina regala ancora bellissimi colori peccato per il fenomeno maree , ci vorrebbe un bel pontile per facilitare l'ingresso perché quando è bassa marea bisogna camminare un bel po . Noi avevamo un bungalow ,molto carino ,camera un po piccola ma dotata di tutti i comfort, bellissimo il bagno all'aperto il loro punto di forza ! Pulizia ok e personale molto disponibile e gentile , abbiamo trovato formiche sulle salviette lasciate all'esterno e ci hanno prontamente sostituito il tutto. Anche il ristorante merita un giudizio positivo colazione molto varia e pesce alla griglia buonissimo unico suggerimento le tovagliatette sui tavoli andrebbero cambiate e pulite ad ogni servizio cosa che non viene fatta.Resort che consiglio sotto tutti gli aspetti anche perché si vede la loro voglia di migliorarsi continuamente , avevamo letto recensioni prima di soggiornare dove altri ospiti davano consigli e noi li abbiamo visti messi in atto. Bravi continuate così!

Di certo è una delle migliori strutture a Gili T. Le unità abitative sono bellissime e ben arredate. I bagni sono grandi con delle docce incredibilmente comode. Tutte le unità abitative hanno un proprio patio arredato con salotto con coffee table e tavolo da pranzo. Ogni unità abitativa è ben distante dalle altre e gli spazi verdi a disposizione sono veramente grandi. La struttura ha 2 piscine con un proprio bar: per la prima sono a disposizione degli ospiti dei comodissimi lettini, per la seconda sono disponibili delle vere e proprie "cabane con letto matrimoniale". La struttura mette a disposizione degli ospiti i teli da mare. Tutto quanto è realmente eco-sostenibile. La struttura si affaccia sul mare ed anche la spiaggia è attrezzata con comodissimi lettini. Il tutto è ben lontano dalla parte "caotica" dell'isola. Qui regna la massima tranquillità. Fantastica è la possibilità di fare colazione sulla spiaggia dove, con una facilità incredibile, è possibile vedere le teste delle tantissime tartarughe che spuntano di tanto in tanto dall'acqua. La colazione è spettacolare, favolosi sono i dolci di produzione locale serviti caldi e diversi di giorno in giorno. Indimenticabili sono i frullati ed i piatti di frutta. Tutto lo staff è assolutamente preparato e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato !

Personale gentile ma poco sveglio ( come normale da queste parti). Contesto molto carino anche se le case sono in legno e se si prendono le villette con camere sopra e sotto risulta rumoroso, Colazione un po’ limitata ma buona, Cena ottima, soprattutto il pesce. Abbastanza vicino al porto ma sufficientemente lontano per stare tranquilli. Tornerei di sicuro .

Had dinner here for 5 nights of our 7 night stay . Lovely ambience . Food was lovely the kids enjoyed the pizza and the menu had a great range for us . Cocktails and cocktails were delicious . Staff were friendly and attentive . Lively beach setting .

This a horrible hotel!!!!!🤬 I'm really really upset My family booked this hotel for 3 nights with 6 people. There was one shower room and there was no screen in the window. The lights were dark, the bedding was dirty, and the socket wasn't enough There was only one toilet on the second floor, so we had to share with four people There was alot creaking sound on the first floor, When someone walked on the second floor, people on the first floor couldn't sleep!!!!!😡 There wasn't even a hair dryer here! They didn't tell us beforehand that they didn't have it My family got rained on in the evening and couldn't dry their hair, so we caught a cold. The hotel said they'd give it the next day, but the manager said The hotel has only three hairdryers, so other family members are using them, so they can't do it for us. That's why we couldn't use the hair dryer for two days I don't understand it. There are a lot of villas there!!!!!! They didn't clean up until I came back to my room after diving in the afternoon So I could see dead lizards and full bugs in the living room! That was so so terrible The hotel drove me crazy, so I said I would go out and asked for a refund for the rest of the money. The hotel manager apparently said she had permission from her boss for a refund and would return half of what I paid But they changed their words Eventually, I didn't get all the money back...... The hotel is no one didn't take responsibility Even they didn't say anything to the Chinese who had to check out, so they checked out late, so my family had to wait in the lobby for two hours!!!!! We didn't get any service It costs nearly $400 a night! I moved to the next hotel is Nero North It was a lot more pleasant, with two shower room and hair dryers and excellent service. It's the worst in my life... ----------------------------------------------------- 진짜 개 쓔뤠기 호텔 절대 비비비추 샤워실은 1개고 2층엔 꼴랑 변기통 하나고, 콘센트도 없고 방충망도없어서 벌레 쩔구요 2층에 삐그덕 거리는 소리가 심해서 1층사람들은 진짜 잠도 못자요 심지어 저희 가족 6명이 묵는데 헤어드라이기가 없어요...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 첨부터 헤어드라이기 없다는 소리 안했구요 저녁에 비맞고 씻고나서 없길래 달랬더니 , 지금 없다고 다음날 준다고 했어요 근데 담날 다이빙 하고 돌아와서도 안줘서 말했더니, 자기네들이 헤어드라이기가 3개뿐이라 다른방에 다 쓰고있어서 저희 못준대요^^.. 결국 아빠랑 우리가족 단체로 감기걸렸구요 청소도 안해놔서 거실에 죽은 도마뱀에 벌레 잔뜩 꼬인채로 있고.... 진짜 너무 화가나서 1박요금만 낼테니 나머지 금액 환불해달라고했어요 당장 나간다고 했는데 여자 매니저가 분명 자기 보스랑 확인했다고 3박4일중 2일 금액 돌려준다고 금액 까지 보여주고 아고다로 신청하면 된다고했는데, 아고다로 신청하니 환불 거절하드라구요? 그러면서 자기들은 그런말 한적없대요 그여자 매니저 바꿔달랬더니 갠 매니저도 아니고 휴가라서 집에갔다고 ㅋㅋㅋ 다행히 왓챕 캡쳐한게 있고 너무화나서 따졌더니 아고다는 해줄게 없다고하고 겨우겨우 3분의1가격만 돌려받았어요 진짜 개 뮈췬 개 싸뀌꾼 여기 좋다는 사람들은 다 였먹으라는 심보인가봐요 참 체크인 할땐 앞에쓰던 중국인들이 체크아웃 안하고 수영하고있는데 아무 조치도 안취해서 저희 로비에서 2시간 기달렸어요 ^^ 결국 바로 나와서 옆에 네로노스 호텔갔는데 한국인이 사장님이라 훨씬좋고 깨끗하고 가격도 훨씬싸고 서비스도 최고에요 저희가족 숙소 옮기고 환호성 질렀어요 너무좋다고.... 차라리 거기가세요 돈버리고 싶은 여기 가시구요

The staff was very friendly. The location was location directly at the beach and and not so crowded. The accommodations and the restaurant were very good - in total very very happy with Gili Eco Villas!
