Pera One Villas

The staff at Pera One Villas were excellent! They were friendly, brilliant service always with a smile, checking that we have everything we need and greeting us 'home' every time we returned to the villa, offering free bikes every time we headed out. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with options to mix it up over our stay. Alex delivered breakfast most days and was always so cheerful and polite, a lovely start to our day. Often they would surprise us with a yummy afternoon tea treat if we were in. The room service food and drinks was also great prices and delicious and fresh every time. The villa itself was a tranquil piece of paradise all to ourselves, beautifully designed. Loved having a private pool with outdoor area to eat, aircon worked great, mini fridge, open air bathroom out the back was unexpected but we really liked it, still secluded. Never ran into other guests and the noise didn't seem to carry much between villas. Earplugs were provided and I did have to use them every night due to sounds I'm not used to, including the dripping sound of the aircon and the early morning prayer over loud speakers (this is done all over the island and not a Pera One fault). Was able to sleep through with ear plugs though. The location was great for us. It's a 15min walk back to the harbour side coastal hub, but really anywhere on the island is walking distance and we enjoyed being away from the main thoroughfare once done for the night. Felt totally safe walking anywhere on the island, at any time. Overall, we cannot fault Pera One. They provided an all round amazing experience and we would not hesitate to return or recommend to others! Thank you so much for making our romantic holiday away so easygoing and memorable 🙏❤ We honestly can't wait to come back!!

The best accomodation on the island! We loved it here, had our own little paradise. The private pool was so nice. We loved having breakfast in the nice little outdoor area The staff were all amazing and went above and beyond Would highly recommend and come back here if ever in Gili T again.

Beautiful villa! Staff are lovely and very helpful! 5 mins ride to sunset and under 10 mins to bars / snorkelling, clean and breakfast being delivered is lovely. Staff helped us to organise out snorkelling trip and also bicycles are included which is a great plus!

we won't find the busy day of tourist entertainment here, but i think we need it the most when you're doing the holiday. they also have the good service. such a good memories to stay here with your loved ones.

This place was a total letdown. It's the equivalent of a one-star motel, and here's why: Inconvenient Location - It's tucked away in the middle of the island, far from everything. Getting there is a challenge, and the proximity to a horse stable means you're constantly battling horse flies. Limited lighting turns the bike ride back at night into a safety hazard. Plus, the bikes they provide are in terrible condition, with three different ones breaking down during my stay, leaving me stranded. Amenities Woes - A power outage in the middle of the night left us sweating without A/C in sweltering heat. Shower time is limited to two minutes due to water issues. Unpleasant Staff - When I voiced concerns to management, they threatened to leave a bad Airbnb review if I complained. Unprofessional and rude. In summary, there are better options for value and quality on this beautiful island. Avoid this place at all costs. You'll thank me later.

Quiet private villas that's about 900m from the busy main street. Villa is comfortable with king sized bed, pool, lounge area and open concept standing shower. This is the place for u if you want lots of privacy, away from the bustling main touristy area. Our villa came with breakfast with a good selection of western and local options with juice, coffee/tea and fruit platter. Do take note the road outside leading to main street has many potholes so cycling maybe a bit tricky. Also note there are regular calls for prayer at around 5am (the whole island can hear) and rooster calls early in the morning. This is as rustic as you can get! Thank you to the staff warm and friendly assistance during our stay and assisted us with early morning transfer to the airport (horse carriage, speed boat and car!)
