Terrible. We could not make our reservations due to my wife being very ill. Instead we wanted my sister to use the hotel room as it was fully paid for and we could not receive a refund. We understood that consequence and instead asked the front admin to please allow my sister to take the reservation instead. We were flat out refused. Despite have all the evidence of a booking, despite my calling and requesting a change in name etc. they would not budge. So instead of having a guest stay, in a fully paid for room, they let it go to waste. The front admin instead had the audacity to ask my sister if she’d like to pay for a room.
