We accept dogs, and welcome you to our apartment, completely renovated in 2018, ideally located 5 minutes from two renowned beaches of the Giens peninsula, in a small secure condominium, quiet and surrounded by greenery. (The Terraces of Giens) On the western slope of the peninsula, the Almanarre beach will delight kite surfing and windsurfing enthusiasts, while the western slope will offer its long Badine beach, with fine sand and shallow waters, to those who prefer idleness. All the activities and infrastructures of the peninsula are also located a few minutes from the apartment. Almanarre Beach was voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world by the New York Times in 2018! "Nine journalists from T, the magazine of the New York Times, shared their favorite track a few days ago. For your comfort, we offer you a wifi connection and a bluetooth speaker for music. If you do not want to clutter up, we offer you the option of renting your sheets and towels: 15 euros for a double bed kit. 7 euros for a single bed kit. 7 euros / person for the towel kit. Outside, the apartment offers a large terrace not overlooked, on which are installed a table and chairs. The rear of the apartment overlooks a large, leafy and green park, sheltered from any noise pollution. A parking space is available in front of the entrance. The owners do not live on site, an agency will manage our tenants and will take care of the check-in and check-out. In case of arrival or departure outside the opening hours of the agency (Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.), the keys will be left either in a code box or in a shop located on the road to get to the apartment. Departure cleaning: please leave the apartment in a correct state of cleanliness. Well-educated pets are accepted free of charge (maximum 2). Appartamento carino, piccolino per massimo tre persone. Situato in una posizione strategica, vicino alle spiagge più belle.Unica pecca è senza aria condizionata e sulla mansarda fa molto caldo.

Super! Posizione ottima per potersi muovere su tutta la penisola. A 10 minuti dalle fermate delle linee 68 e 67. Casa in residence tranquillo, con posto auto riservato. La casa è molto carina, un po' scomoda la scala per salire sul soppalco. C'è tutto il minimo necessario.

Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants dans cet appartement propre et très bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire à l'intérieur, jolie terrasse, résidence calme et très bien situé sur la presqu'île. Au top !

Les Terrasses de Giens Si je dis que le logement est formidable, il ne sera plus disponible pour moi. Blague à part, superbe séjour dans un beau petit village.

Location très bien située Location très bien située, agréable, proche des plages et au calme.Petite suggestion : mettre une bouilloire, et des couettes pour les 2 lits une place. Une armoire de rangement au dessus du lavabo de la SdE serait appréciable à la place des petits meubles qui prennent de la place. Sinon tout est très bien je recommande.
