My recent trip to Ghent was an absolute delight, made even more special by my wonderful stay. Ghent is a city brimming with history, charm, and vibrant culture. Walking through its medieval streets, admiring the stunning architecture, and enjoying the lively atmosphere was an unforgettable experience. The city’s highlights include the majestic Gravensteen Castle, the beautiful Saint Bavo's Cathedral, and the picturesque Graslei and Korenlei canals. Each corner of Ghent has its unique charm, with quaint cafes, bustling markets, and friendly locals. The combination of historical landmarks and modern amenities creates a perfect blend of old and new. My stay in Ghent was made all the more enjoyable by the excellent accommodation I found. The hotel was stylish, comfortable, and ideally located, allowing easy access to all the major attractions. The rooms were well-appointed and offered all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Exploring Ghent by day and returning to a cozy, welcoming place at night made my trip truly memorable. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful city and staying in a comfortable, centrally located hotel to fully enjoy everything Ghent has to offer.

If you are looking for a zero “fcks” given place to stay, this is it. Not even a bottle of soap for the shower. You can hear the neighboaurs fart, as well as everyone coming in and out at all hours. If someone turns around in their bed across the hall, you can hear it. This is like an ikea playground and of the cheapest variety. They do absolutely nothing to ensure you stay here again when you return. The bedding had a tear in it as well, just not a nice place. To top it off, you must do their work for them, remove the bedding and leave on the floor on your way out. For very little more you can get a lot more in Ghent, don’t stay here

We had a basic room on the first floor. The room was spacious and all necessities were present, but everything was very minimalistic. To make coffee there was a cafetière, not a machine. The sofa and chairs were not comfortable and the bed was very hard. Bathroom with shower and toilet was clean but had little storage space. There is no temperature regulator in the room. Note: the building is very noisy! The location was on walking distance to supermarkets (5 min) and the city center (20 min). We think the price-quality ratio was okay (€62 per night).

Mi reciente estancia en Edville Studio en Gante fue una maravilla y una risa constante. Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí como una celebridad, solo que sin el séquito de paparazzi. Las habitaciones son tan modernas y elegantes que casi me sentí mal por no llevar ropa de diseñador. La kitchenette era tan completa que casi me convencí de cocinar... casi. La ubicación es perfecta: en un barrio tan tranquilo que los grillos parecen estar de vacaciones, pero a solo un salto y un brinco del bullicioso centro de la ciudad. Así, pude explorar las principales atracciones de Gante sin perder la paz mental (o mis chanclas). El personal merece un premio. Siempre amables y listos para ayudar, como si fueran ninjas de la hospitalidad. Sus recomendaciones sobre restaurantes y actividades locales fueron tan buenas que casi pensé en llevármelos de guía personal. En resumen, Edville Studio es la mezcla perfecta de comodidades modernas y servicio personal con un toque de humor. Tanto si viajas por negocios como por placer, este hotel es la elección ideal para una estancia cómoda, inolvidable y con muchas sonrisas en Gante. ¡Altamente recomendado y espero volver pronto!

De foto's op de site zien er super uit. In werkelijkheid is het een heel ander verhaal. Locatie is vreselijk het lijkt wel een achterstands wijk. Kamer is minimaal ingericht, geen kledingkast, geen brandalarm ( het opzetplaatje hangt er wel...) geen tv, vieze super kleine badkamer met douchegordijn, zo'n douchegordijn is niet hygiënisch! Erg gehorige kamers terwijl er op de site staat dat het tussen 22.00 en 9.00 uur stil is. De koffers kan je nergens kwijt. Kortom zeker niet aan te bevelen, wij zijn zelfs een dag eerder weggegaan wat wij nog nooit hebben gedaan. Hier gaan wij dus NOOIT meer naartoe!!!

Wat een gehorige vieze bedoeling, schimmel op het plafond in de badkamer, geen ventilatie, spaans benauwde kamer en bloed vlekken van muggen en levevende muggen overal. Vanaf 6:30 hoor je mebsen lopen alsof ze door je eigen kamer lopen. Constumer service eerst vriendelijk en daarna kntkennen ze de schimmel ondanks foto’s en bewijzen. Ga er niet heen, boek uets beters dit is niet gezond.
