The space is clean despite the location a bit far from the centre (~20min walk). The room is spacious and the staff is helpful.

+: 1) The staff of the reception is efficient and patient. She helped us check-in fast and explained to us the travel of the town. 2) The facilities of the hotel is much enough. They have gym room, other entertainment at the lobby. Also there are tables with USB port and free drinkable water at the lobby where you can work or chill at. 3) Inside the room, everything is clean enough. It is not noisy at night. The most impressive is that they have different cooking equipment in the room such as pans, microwave, electric stoves and other bowls and dishes so that we can cook. 4) The location is not far: 5 min walk from Gent Dampoort and 15 min walk to town. -: 1) There are not much supermarket or grocery stores near the hotel.

It was perfect.

酒店裝飾復古有趣，工作人員態度友好，周邊很多景點和餐廳，離火車站是步行的距離，Google導航走一會會就到了，值得推薦～

Прекрасный отель. Хорошие и современные апартаменты с небольшой кухней оборудованной всем необходимым. Мягкая кровать с белоснежным бельём. На минус 1-м этаже есть небольшая прачечная, за 2 евро постирать и за 2 посушить. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен. Из минусов: уборка и смена белья и полотенец платные. По расположению, в 5 минутах ходьбы вокзал Dampoort, остановка автобусов Flixbus и супермаркет. До центра города минут 15 пешком. Рекомендую.

2023年新開業的酒店，設施很新，有廚房，可以煮個麪啥的，-1層有自助洗衣房（洗和烘），刷卡付費即可，不需要單獨額外買洗衣粉。 有地下收費停車場 一樓有餐廳，可以點餐 有機會再來的話一定會再次入住

房間乾淨整潔，服務人員態度很好，房間大小適中，位置離火車站很近，交通方便，離市中心也不遠，走路都可以到達。 有爐灶可以自己煮一些簡單的食物，例如牛排等。美中不足的是不同一次性拖鞋、牙刷等洗漱用具，希望可以改善。

非常乾淨整潔，而且沒有被分配到首尾間，前台英語流利，可寄存行李，就是要多交兩歐硬幣。酒店地理位置特別好，走路幾分鐘就有火車站，去哪裡都方便

距離會展中心不遠，房間乾淨衞生，服務態度比較好，還主動幫我們開具inv，整個旅途非常愉快，如果下次再來還會入住

Struttura nuova, ancora con qualche lavoro in fase terminale, monolocali gradevoli. Forse potevano far parcheggiare i clienti gratis e non 18 € al giorno.

Room was clean. Friendly staff. 5 min walk to train station. Shower water pressure was VERY VERY low. Other than that it was good.

Booked thru ******* for a family room with three beds. When I arrived, they told me I have two rooms with two double beds only. That was not what I reserved, because my teenagers cannot share a bed. They told me the transaction did not go through the first time, so they made it a two rooms to upgrade us. I told them I don’t need an upgrade, I needed a room with 3 beds. I also asked when they found out the room I booked became unavailable, they should have contacted me instead of making this arrangement. And they offered either I took the 2 double rooms or they refund me and leave. Where should I stay if I leave? That was not the solution. I asked them if they have rollaway bed. They told me they don’t. After another 15 minutes pass by that I struggled to figure out what should I do. Another agent walked up and said they have rollaway bed. Nice. Of course I need to work with my teens so the one sleeping in the rollaway bed won’t feel like we are unfair. During the stay, staff are very nice and helpful. Train station Dampoort isn’t a main station therefore will need to transfer train if heading to Bruges or Brussels. Seems like not a big deal but if missed a train, it means another 30 minutes wait. Breakfast is minimal with bread, pound cake, juices, coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, sausages, cheese, ham. But after a few days. I got tired of it. The rooms were cleaned when we got it the first day. But then I spotted some black dot like sesame seed size.

What a fantastic experience! The hotel is clean and new, the location is excellent and the hotel staff was extremely helpful and sweet!

This hotel is modern, it is split with Ibis Budget and that’s pretty much what it is. It’s comfortable enough, our room was clean but my other friends wasn’t (substantial about of hair in drain that was blocked). The thing you need to know is that the hotel is located in what can only be described as a developing area. The surrounding area is really ugly and basically looks like a building site / industrial estate.
