It was an ausm stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient. Amenities were adequate but unremarkable. Overall, a satisfactory 4-star hotel experience.

Good things first 1. spacious rooms 2. Good breakfast buffet 3. swimming pool Need to improve things 1. the floor mats smells need to be cleaned. 2. the customer checkout services needs to be improved..I requested for a extension but just allow 30 minutes..need to provide better customer service. 3. customer baggage handling issues..too many people so the baggage counter denied to keep the baggage after checkout.

The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Finally had a fun weekend at the hotel with amazing and delicious buffet. Hospitality is also appreciated. It also has very great attractions nearby.

Veri good service areas are attentive, kind and super helpful. My mother and I have been in food heaven with the variety of vegetarian food. The quality, freshness and taste tells you made with love! Satish head chef and his team deserve a special commendation as he adapted certain meals to fit my dietary needs. The entire staff at dining are excellent at their jobs and cannot do enough to make dining easy and enjoyable. Personal belongings are safe, rooms are clean and comfortable.

Ho soggiornato per una settimana, ho dovuto cambiare camera causa rumore eccessivo la sera dovuto alla musica bordo piscina.. Pulizia non ottimale, stanze poco insonorizzate.. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante è fornito principalmente da cucina indiana, si può trovare anche pasta e risotto fatti al momento, colazione ok.. Personale un po' lento...

Visited in May 2023. This hotel is luxurious just for name sake. Poor quality room. Not well maintained. They don’t even have logo on their room key card. Sofa was old and dirty. Pool area looks like that off 3 star hotel. Only buffet dinner was good. That’s why one star for that. Toiletries were substandard.

My stay at Country Inn was fantastic thanks to the wonderful staff, particularly Mr. Lalit. His excellent service made all the difference!

I wouldn’t recommend foreigners to stay in this hotel. To begin with the reception staff had zero skills in customer service. No communication between staff so that they kept bothering the customer time and again with the same questions. The stench in the corridors on the 2nd floor was horrible. We stayed there for 4 days and it was a nasty smell. The hotel also hosts weddings and parties for the locals. As a result, we couldn’t get a good sleep because the noise level was very high as they played music till late at night. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly when we checked in as there was mould even on the hand shower. The pillows were definitely expired as they were flat and clumped up and felt very uncomfortable to sleep on.The only person who had a welcoming smile on his face was the doorman. The other staff at the reception need a good training on customer service. The staff at the downstairs buffet area were attentive and nice. When we asked for help to carry our bags to the lobby to check out, we were ignored. I’m amazed how this hotel can be categorised as a five star hotel.

It was an excellent and very relaxing stay. I enjoyed alot. Staff was very polite and helpful. Checkout was also hasslefree
