We booked Rurban Resort for our wedding celebrations on the 15th and 16th of November. There were four events held: Mehendi, Sangeet, Haldi, and the Wedding. All our guests stayed at the resort for the two days, and they included people from both India and abroad. Initially, I was skeptical about the hospitality that would be offered, primarily due to some negative reviews I had seen on Google. However, Mr. Ajay and Mr. Shreyash assured me of their best service, and I am very glad I trusted them. They conducted the event flawlessly, and everything was smoothly organized. Considering that we had several different vendors involved—catering, an anchor, a live music band, and cocktail services—it required intricate handling, and they managed it perfectly. I especially want to thank Mr. Hemant, who was our POC for the stay. He is extremely professional, understands his role well, and was always available. He has a knack for getting things done. For instance, when I was suddenly informed that some of our guests required Jain food, Mr. Hemant ensured that their needs were met. Additionally, the resort helped us with vendors for decoration, catering, and cocktail services, all of whom did an excellent job. The decor quality was top-notch, and when combined with the natural beauty of the resort, the overall view was breathtaking. Even my photographers, who travel across India and abroad, praised the setting. For the Sangeet, I wanted live music with cocktails, and the resort provided great support for my band. The cocktail vendors also did a fantastic job, ensuring all my guests had a great time. To be honest, Rurban Resort exceeded my expectations. I am so glad I chose to have my wedding there, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to others. Just a piece of advice: have a very clear conversation with the team. The folks at Rurban know how things should be done, and it’s important to listen to them. There were moments when we had differences of opinion, and it felt a bit frustrating at the time. However, looking back, I realize that working as a team and trusting them was the right decision—they truly proved themselves.

Great experience! I had a lot of fun! Staff is very kind. Lovely property. Amazing loved it. Nice and clean. I am planning to visit this place again. The room were so big and beautiful. I suggest everyone to visit this place and have fun ! 🤩 🤩🤩🤩

Amazing ambience, staff and property. Truly loved it. It was a therapy. It was super clean. I am surely gonna visit again. The room were quite big and spacious. My kid had a Galla time. I will surely recommend this to other people. It was also near to my place.

Don't choose to stay here because staff, I have never seen the staff so rude and worst part was they were misbehaving with the family members. They should really go somewhere and learn how to behave like a human being , they were so rude I felt like I should go somewhere else but didn't had any option then.

Customers are left on God's mercy. -3, Stray dogs were roaming around in Villas area. they were pissing on pool sofas and fighting with each other during nights. -4, No wifi. We were there to njoy village theme. not to literally live in a village. What if someone has an important meeting. +1, Few staff were good. like one guy in kitchen and 3 guys in activities area. +2, Taste of food was good. less oily, less spicy. +3, pools were being cleaned daily. Overall, u can maintain good infra, but without good house keeping and customer service, i would not recommend anyone going to this resort.
