The bedsheet was very dirty, Towels were not available, shampoo and hand wash given the post requested thrice, TV was not working

Services being not provided properly to the guest who booked room. Delay food delivery, menu not provided in room, nothing is available in bathroom except small soap.
It's a marriage garden and not good for single stay..

Toilet flush was not working, not repaired even after complaint. Rooms were not cleaned. Breakfasts and food was not good

Good experience here. Room had ample space. Food was good. Staff was very helpful. Services was good. Best part property location

It was a nice experience staying in a decent sized hotel. The hotel rooms, toilet, lobby and restaurant were neat and clean. Hotel serves vegetarian food, limited menu though. For a small town like shivpuri a decent hotel like ps residency was a surprise.

My cancellation refund is still pending - as per discussion on my trip with senior people, they said, whether the customer stays or not, we have to pay the full amount to the hotel.

The behavior of the staff is not good and the service is not provided on time and there is no attention to the cleanliness of the room.

Ps hotel is good for all of you. Like as personal and business purpose also food is very testy. All the staff's behaviour is fantastic.
