Stayed for two nights en route to the Alps and wanted a quick look at Dijon. Hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff are very happy to help and advise. No restaurant but there are several in the local vicinity. We ate at Le Bon Bistro and enjoyed it's ambiance and good food. Breakfast in the hotel is 11E and is very nicely done served in a traditional dining room. Hotel is in an excellent location for the vineyards. While we were there we drove (2 mins) to the train station, parked for free and caught a clean, fast train into Dijon which took 10 mins and cost 5E each. You arrive in the centre of town without all the hassle of parking. Would certainly use the hotel again.

The owner was a nice French lady who speaks very good Mandarin and English. The rooms are comfortable. Views outside the window are stunning and incredible. I’m pretty sure I will come by for a longer stay if I come to visit France again. 老板是个热情的法国女士，中文和英文说得都很好，环境很美，打开窗外面的景色能亮瞎我！喜欢法国田园风光的一定要来。

Stopped here en-route to Italy as a halfway stop off. easy access from the autoroute. We arrived after 20:30 which meant the reception was closed but the staff texted a code to enter the building and written instructions and key were kindly left on the reception desk. The rooms are adequate; nothing too special. You are however in one of the most famous wine regions in France - you can't have everything I guess. We have stayed in other Gevery Chambertin hotels, but these are significantly more expensive. The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially considering we left an item of my wife's behind and we were immediately informed so that we could collect on our return journey. Would we stay here again? Yes definitely 🙂

We arrived late (9:30 pm)having driven directly from Calais en-route to Bologna. The reception was closed for the evening but the hotel contacted us to advise of the keypad security code. There were written instructions and room key left on the reception desk. The rooms are a little basic but adequate given the price and location in the fine wine region of Burgundy.

If you want all the facilities of an anonymous modern hotel, try an Ibis or a Campanile. If you would prefer a traditional French hotel with excellent service, in a delightful old building, the Arts et Terroirs would be a better choice. We were greeted by Virginie, who could not have been more charming and helpful. She managed to book some excellent restaurants for us, her local knowledge being invaluable, as we had turned up on a bank holiday weekend. The rooms are old fashioned, in keeping with the traditional ambience of the hotel, but comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is waitress served, with a very good choice of patisserie, charcuterie, cheese and eggs. The hotel, which has private parking, is on a main road and is about 10 minutes walk from the very attractive centre of the old town of Gevrey-Chambertin.

A traditional French Hotel located close to the town centre with excellent facilities. The staff were very helpful in recommending and booking fine restaurants of which there are several of note locally.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons apprécié la salle du petit déjeuner très bien décorée et avec une superbe vue sur les vignes. Nous avons aussi aimé prendre l’apéritif sur la terrasse ensoleillée . Merci au personnel très accueillant, et tout particulièrement à Amicie pour ses conseils avisés sur les restaurants et activités à faire dans cette si belle région. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cet hôtel familial et convivial. Serge et Valérie

Je suis venue dans cet hôtel dans le cadre d'une soirée étape. Quelle ne fut pas ma déception ! Hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles (dans la réalité en mérite à peine 2). Lors du dîner (plus que médiocre à la limite consommable) j'essaie d'exprimer à la serveuse de façon très calme et courtoise mon mécontentement quant à la qualité de la nourriture, ce à quoi cette dernière me répond que l'hôtel ne fait pas restauration et qu'on me rend service en faisant à manger (105€ de facture pour la soirée étape) que c'est une hôtel de charme et que si je ne sais pas apprécier c'est dommage ! La chambre (moquette tachée, salle de bain lamentable, literie vieillissante, salle à manger avec un mobilier ) Il y avait d'ailleurs un groupe en séminaire qui se plaignait des mêmes choses. Et la patronne... Que dire... Lorsque j'ai essayé de lui expliquer que son hôtel n'était pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles je me suis fait moquer à la limite de l'insulte. Une expérience à très vite oublier.

Super freundlicher Empfang ... Ein wunderschönes außergewöhnliches Hotel ... Leckeres Frühstück ... Zimmer nach hinten ganz ruhig. Ortskern 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurant Chez Guy et famille sehr zu empfehlen, gehobenes aber nicht überteuertes Restaurant.

La chambre est vraiment très grande mais extrêmement veillotte avec sa parure de lit, ces rideaux et ses sièges… de grand-mère. l'endroit n'est pas vraiment sexy sur le coté d'une route de passage. Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas copieux du tout pour un 4 étoiles.

C’était un excellant séjour, l’accueil très chaleureux, les chambres très confortables avec un vue sur les vignes. Le petit salon avec un bar avec les vieux pierres et poutres donne la chaleur et intimité. Le service aimable et attentionné. L’un des meilleurs séjour passé à Bourgogne

Останавливались с мужем на 1 ночь в июне 2014 года, когда путешествовали по Бургундии. Быстрое заселение, небольшой, но уютный номер с окнами, выходящими на виноградники. Из минусов очень скудный завтрак, даже по французским меркам. Муж дополнительно брал яичницу. В целом для короткой остановки в путешествии по этому прекрасному краю отель может быть рекомендован.

Il s'agit d'un petit hôtel de 20 chambres, dont la proximité avec la route peut surprendre. Pas d'inquiétude cependant, il est très bien isolé du bruit. Nous avions une chambre donnant sur le jardin à l'arrière du bâtiment. Je ne jugerais donc pas des éventuelles chambres sur la rue mais la salle de petit déjeuner, de même orientation, était très silencieuse. Chambre spacieuse, très propre, avec baignoire et wc séparé (assez rare pour être souligné!) Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant, disponible pour les éventuelles réservations.

Logis hôtel avec des chambres familiales bien situé. Vue sur les vignobles. Proches de bonnes caves et de bons restaurants. Super accueil, très bon petit déjeuner. Literie une peu dure à notre goût. Bonne insonorisation. Salle de bain propre, grande mais pas très fonctionnelle (grande baignoire sans parr douche)
