In hotel Jalsa Retreat, staff is very helping and behaviour is very good. Food quality is also good. Environment of this place is very nice. Overall review is very good. It is a safe place. 👍

Poor basic bath services. No normal water in shower. No anti slippery foot steps even in bath.

Rooms are having 5 star category. And 5 star ambience level. Very very new and clean. Bathrooms are perfect with full accessories. Delux room view out side the glass window is what anyone will ever expect, a beautifu water body and a mountain range in the back drop i stayed for 7 nights and i didn't close the window curtain because of the view, very pleasing morning sun comes in the morning. Hotel staff is very very cooperative all the time and room service is very quick. The only department which is okay but needs slight improvement is food part cause of the embience of the hotel the expectations go high may be. The property is very well connected from all sides. O la never takes more than 3 minutes to reach hotel. I was more then satisfied for the stay experience specially the deal i got.
