Hotel in zona Stadt- und Festungsmuseum, Germersheim

Hotel molto bello nel centro della città. Buone camere, letto pulito, comodo, doccia eccellente, diversi sockets di potenza disponibile. Ma il vero piacere è il colazione: serve tutto quello che vuoi, dolce, salato, yogurt, il pane è delizioso, cereali, frutta, torte, brioche, bacon, salsa, formaggio.......tutti... di alta qualità. E si apre alle 6:30, un momento assolutamente conveniente per i lavoratori (molti hotel sono aperti alle 7:30 ora del colazione, che ritengo piuttosto insultante per i clienti...). Un riferimento speciale per il personale: molto gentile e professionale, Mathias, Jenny e Karina fanno un lavoro notevole, rendendovi molto buoni, prendendovi cura, con atteggiamento proattivo e aiutando il cliente, qualcosa che oggi molto raramente trovate più. due mesi di lavoro a Speyer

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed især hvis man skal til Event på Hockenheim-Ring. Værelser virker slidte, badeværelse ikke rengjort på bedste vis da der var sorte hår flere steder. Madrasser var okay, ikke dårlige men heller ikke gode. Der er ingen aircondition på værelser så der var v udendørs temperatur på 23g mega varmt på flere værelser (vi var flere afsted) der var gulvventilator som kun kunne stå ved sengen da der ikke er stikkontakter andre steder. Ikke godt nok anno 2023 til prisen. Elevator virkede sporadisk. Adgangskort blev dagligt slettet, så det var nødvendigt at henvende sig i receptionen, hvor de ansatte ikke var gode til engelsk. Udendørs og receptionen var der højttaler med græshopper lyd, for at få det til at lyde tropisk/sydeuropæisk. Morgenmad buffet var tilgengæld temlig god, stort udvalg af forskellig mad/drikke. Nice hotel with a good location, especially if you are going to the Event at the Hockenheim-Ring. Rooms seem worn, bathroom not cleaned in the best way as there were black hairs in several places. Toilet not of latest date. Mattresses were okay, not bad but not great either. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, so the outside temperature was 23g, very hot in several rooms (there were several of us away), there was a floor fan which could only stand by the bed as there are no sockets elsewhere. Not good enough in 2023 for the price. Elevator worked sporadically. Access cards were deleted daily, so it was necessary to contact the reception, where the staff were not good at English. Outdoors and the reception there was a speaker with grasshopper sound, to make it sound tropical/southern European. The breakfast buffet was relatively good, large selection of different food/drinks.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questa struttura per un viaggio in famiglia dal 7 al 9 agosto. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Bella accoglienza e camere pulite, moderne e confortevoli. Personalmente ho trovato i letti comodissimi. Posizione eccellente vicino autostrada e avendo la macchina puoi davvero spostarti facilmente ovunque e avere questo hotel come ottimo appoggio. Voto eccellente. In un prossimo viaggio nei dintorni di Hockenheim sicuramente ci torneremo. Un saluto dall’Italia

Abbiamo avuto una stanza nella villa, era molto confortevole e elegantemente arredato. Era molto tranquillo. L'unica denuncia era l'aria con in zona seduta che non era così utile alla notte. Acqua libera in frigorifero, nespresso caffè. Molto conveniente per andare in città. Parcheggio in garage dell'hotel è stato molto ragionevole e è anche più economico fuori dall'hotel. Piscina all'interno non era così bella come le camere della villa ma ok per una nuoto decente. L'hotel è situato in un piccolo lago (grande ponte) che si può facilmente camminare in 5-10 minuti. Colazione dalle recensioni mi aspettavo che sarebbe stato sorprendente. Era ragionevolmente buona, bella selezione, ma la stessa cosa ogni giorno. Il personale era carino, soprattutto una giovane donna, che, nonostante l'affare dell'hotel, ricordava il secondo giorno che le nostre bevande calde per colazione erano. Non sono sicuro di cosa siano le camere in gran parte, ma l'allegato della villa nuovamente ristrutturato è bellissimo.

La posizione è molto buona, non in città ma non troppo lontano dalla città. Il cinema non è nemmeno lontano. La colazione è sufficiente e per tutti. La stanza è bella e ben attrezzata, ma purtroppo non c'è un armadio dove si può eventualmente mettere la valigia. Ma non è un problema, c'è un abito o qualcosa del genere con i pannolini. Il bagno offre un forno, sacchetto igienico, asciugamani e shampoo con gel da doccia. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Ci sono abbastanza parcheggio accanto all'hotel e nelle vicinanze.

Letto e la testa sono particolarmente comodi, non c'è problema di insonnia qui C'è un giardino di ristorante nel mezzo della stanza, il più caldo venerdì sera. Il decorazione dell'hotel ha un ambiente artistico C'è un DM vicino all'hotel, un supermercato Rewe, un negozio di colazione, dovete vincere, KFC, camminare per circa cinque minuti è una piccola stazione ferroviaria. Vai a Hydeburg per treni meno di trenta minuti. E'ancora conveniente, che all'inizio ho visto una grande fabbrica di acquacoltura fuori, e c'è una piccola delusione

I have chosen Radisson Blu based on my many experiences with the hotel chain I gained in USA before pandemic, boy was I wrong to chose them in Karlsruhe. The room was clean and as on the photos, in order and ready to be used - that's about it. At the arrival I have informed the receptionist we don't have a reservation but that I could do it online right away, she promptly offered to do it herself, when I asked about the price difference I have been told ''it should be more or less the same''. Her booking was 151 euros, the online was 71 euros.. so I booked online with my phone right in front of her. We needed to leave early in the morning so we were happy to learn the breakfast is 6.30am so we confirmed our attendance. When we presented ourselves at the breakfast 6.30am sharp we have been told there was an error and it will be served later. So we waited, when we were allowed to access the breakfast the staff lady realized our room number have not been charged for the breakfast, we offered to pay at the check out as the wallet was in the room upstairs, unfortunately the lady would not bend the rule and insist on the payment before consumption. Early morning, with a hungry 7yo, after waiting already because of wrong information provided, that's not what you want to hear. Fast forward, we are about to leave just to learn the parking was not part of the deal - 17euros from 9pm to 7.30am. Unfortunately the whole experience was not over, my daughter forgot her stuffed animal in the room, when I called the receptionist asking for options on how to get it (we were hours of driving away) I have been told they are ok to hand it over to a currier if I organize one. I am genuinely asking myself if Radisson Blu is still in hospitality business, the complete lack of focus or consideration of client's needs is just striking. I have provided my review to the Radisson Blu directly using the platform I booked with, they came back with automatic answer telling me they have ''taken care'' of the issues signed. I won't come back and I won't recommend.
