For shared use: garden. In the house: reception, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking. Dimension: height 220 cm. Supermarket, restaurant, bakery 50 m, bus stop 15 m, railway station 18 km. Tennis 800 m, riding stable 1 km, walking paths from the house, gondola lift 100 m, skisport facilities 150 m, ski bus stop 50 m, sled run 500 m, cross country ski track, children's playground 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena 100 m. Heated ski depot at the gondola lift included in winter. NO charging option for electric cars in the building. The “Free Mountain Ticket” allows free use of the Isskogelbahn Gerlos and the Königsleiten Dorfbahn during the entire stay. Valid from mid-June - mid-October of the year depending on the weather. Nice stay with a very complete furniture (kitchen equipment), plenty of towels at your disposal, if you do not have enough, you can wash them (1 euro per wash)! We had a very nice week, friendly owner, you can always contact her!
