Just come back from a lovely relaxing holidays at this hotel. The pool were so cozy and it was very close to the beach. Rooms are clean and food and drinks nice. The reception staff is friendly and professional and open to listen and help for any request. Excellent value for money too

Initially we were apprehensive about this hotel, based on the reviews at the time. However from check in we were put at ease straight away, with a great tour of the hotel by the main man at reception. The room was beautiful and felt brand new. It was the nicest pool area we’ve experienced at any hotel and it was very easy to get a bed on any day. Big shoutout to Andreas for being the friendliest Barman and for making the best cocktails every evening we visited the reception bar. He honestly made our holiday, thank you! The only things that let the hotel down were the food and the fact it wasn’t adults only. We ended up eating out each night. Breakfast and lunch were the better meals. Was a great place to relax and all staff were lovely! If you’re staying here we recommend going to Lake Kournas!

All the staff was amazing we were surprised with our upgrade to a suite which was wonderful.... So many hard working staff to the people who came in and cleaned our rooms every day. Food was good. Pool was boho style and very clean. Katerina is doing amazing snacks in the pool bar. Every member of staff worked hard. Thank you all

I enjoyed a week all-inclusive at this beautiful hotel and we stayed in one of the superior rooms which was more like a suite and it was spotless and very quiet. The hotel is close to the beach and to to the village of Georgioupolis. The whole complex is kept spotless every day and night including corridors, pool, and private beach area. This is due to the hard work of all the housekeeping and grounds maintenance teams. I can only say it is the best holiday hotel I have ever stayed in.

Beautifully renovated from the bottom up, with excellent cocktails and swimming pool area. The whole place is luxurious yet accessible in terms of personnel attitude and expertise! Very clean rooms that make you feel like home. Anything you ask for, the hotel staff is eager to help. The beach of Georgioupolis is within very short and pleasant walking distance! Will definitely visit again soon with my family!

We have just returned from 10 days with LoveHolidays at this hotel in beautiful Crete. We had a fabulous holiday, staff were lovely, front of house manager was superb and our rep was probably one of the best we’ve had whilst abroad. The location of the hotel was great, right on the beach, a short walk from some restaurants & bars along the front, a short 20 minute taxi ride into Rethymno and about a 45 minute bus journey into Chania. There was a little super market just outside the hotel which was great as the hotel super market was outrageously priced. Thank you LoveHoliday and Mare Garden for another beautiful Crete holiday xxxx

Hotel had been refurbed and looked new. Rooms of high standard and so clean. Food was delicious their was so much choice. We ate at the hotel all week. Pools was great. Hotel from outside is amazing. OTHER THAN THAT WE HAD AN AMAZING HOLIDAY. Will definitely go again

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks at this brand new hotel. The location is wonderful close to the beach, very good food and service, staff are impeccable. The beach is just here and super clean. I would especially like to mention Maria and Isaac for taking amaxing care of us. My vacation feels great. Thabks for all employees, who make it so relaxed.

We arrived at the hotel and our room was not ready. When are room was ready staff were fabulous, cleaning our room daily. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is served in the main restaurant and there is a wonderful selection of foods choose from. The cleaning staff were fabulous, cleaning our daily.
