A Bunkhouse room dedicated to kids, containing bean bags , video games and bunk beds for three. "Yellow Room" with Queen bed and sitting area. "Purple Room" with a queen bed and "widows walk" private balcony perfectly suited for couple's who enjoy watching the sunrise over the mountains. Main floor features a Victorian parlor with fireplace, living room, dining room (with access to BBQ deck), powder room and an updated gourmet kitchen perfect for families who love to cook. Un fortunately, Georgetown does not allow STR to use on street parking, there are 2 parking spots on property..gargage and driveway.
