Good and execulent with bathbut and highervel and non smoking. swimming pool opens from 7:00 . Christmas celebration. Double bed is very comfortable. Near food testaurant and shopping mall. reasonable price for family trip. happy joureny with that hotel.

The hotel is within walking distance to the coast, restaurants and amenities. The room was basic but acceptable. The noise from other rooms was noticeable and disturbing. The cleaning staff were lovely.

No face towel,1pc soap . request from receptions excuse have to send housekeeper to check how school went up to check came down say no have reception say oh he’s a security he doesn’t know about towers before that he says that security is an ex housekeeper blah blah blah very poor service and finally say I don’t speak to you.

Parking bay is limited. Depend on your luck. Room is spacious and clean. Easy to get convenient store nearby.

Very bad service , not statiesfy with the sevice and front office. We check in late night around 11pm. We we’re so tired because we travelled form so far (PD) which is around 450km from the hotel. In the middle of night the ac didn’t work it is like oven. Very hot the kids like cannot sleep and crying in the middle of night . They never replace any room for that i did ask them but they refuse. The hotel manager or duty manager named Cling we did complain to her in the morning when check out , she was very rude. Not listening to us like we’re staying for free. We did ask them for check the room before the guests check in , she told that they did check but if the problem happen in the middle of the night she cant do anything and not her problem. Please give good service we ask for what we pay not more and please be polite with customers. I was very angry with the manager Cling , she was very rude with my father cannot give respect for old man 68years old man. The housekeeping was very friendly.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I stayed at this hotel more than 30 years ago. At that time, it was relatively new, so I didn’t feel much about it. However, this year, I stayed there twice within a month and there was no improvement at all. The service attitude is even worse.
First of all, the waiter in charge of the front desk during check-in was indifferent and a little dismissive, thinking that it was just a nuisance to him.
Similarly, the hotel room is generally clean, but the towels are still gray and black, there is almost no hot water for bathing, and the air conditioner is quite loud. It was said that a bottle of water could be provided, but it was not available. However, a price list was listed. In addition to the free supply, how much does each bottle cost? Haha, this is not surprising.
The room equipment is really poor, the TV terible and it is inconvenient to choose the channel.
When they checked out, they had to check the room first, which was fine. However, they reported to the front desk that the TV didn,t open, but in fact it was just the battery of the remote control that was out of power. However, they asked the customer to go back to the room to check and guide the inspector to replace battery. I tried again, but various experiences told me not to stay there again next time.

The hotel is at a great location and easy to access all the tourist attractions. The blanket has some stains. But overall its good stay😄

Very poor condition and service
Not as same as shown in Trip app
The reception staff even not bother to check the tourist payment and asked us to pay
Amenities poor
Cleanliness poor
Broken light
Electric unstable
No kettle for boil water
No hot water for shower
Complaint to Trip but not work it out as the third party didn't take responsibility

Actually this is my second stay here but I have a good stay on my first trip but have a terrible stay recently. Need to upgrade everything including the door key, what do you mean need to separate phone and the key card while we always put everything in the bag? Eventhough just want to use right after come out from the room also cannot use so wheres the connection here? And the tv is not function at all? In the list there is around 10 channels but only can see around 4 channels only and cannot see TV3?? Like its a national channel?? Please upgrade everything!

Location is good
The hotel room which I booked was bad, the bed and pillow were hard, the toilet had no hot water, the room was soundproof bad can hear kids playing crying, corridor walling sound, water tap not working. Bad TV reception. room inside got water paid generator can't open look very scary. When can receptionist doesn't want to pick up the phone, after he picks up he hangs up my phone. Parking is Limited first come first serve.
Luckily, the next morning went down to the reception counter for help. Thank God he has room for me to upgrade but have to pay RM 80 for an upgrade, i quickly agreed, the room is a good premium, deluxe Twin, sad is pillow case smelly.
