Location is perfect for food hunters. Always been my preferred hotel in Penang. Walking distance to all the popular food streets.

Great location with shopping mall and many F&B outlets within walking distance.

They do have water dispenser in front of the lift. I have checked out their common Iron area, however for me the iron board is not up to par. The entrance might is bit narrow for me with 2 hand carry. It will be great if the shower room have more space. Nearby have food and minimart. It’s suitable for 1 person stay.

The cleanliness so fast ok, just the bedsheets and pillows covers cleaning chemicals cause my daughter and aunt skin allergies, those who are easily allergic please take note.

Location very good, near many tourist spots. But the room spaces is very limited , as can see in the review. Really no place to let us open the luggage 😂 front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is free and lots of car park. Can hear outside and upstairs from the room. Got free water dispenser. Will come back for this.

Everything was good and discounts applied really made it a great deal. Water dispenser on each floor to collect your own drinking water and amenities in the rooms were adequate.

The service counter are friendly and the room are small,房间很小。 Room air conditioner are slow, not cold enough feel warmer. Hot water great very hot. The area are prime and no need worry about nearby with plenty of foods to eat within 10 minutes walk. Shopping Mall walking distance 300 meter Prangin Mall & 1st avenue mall.

Cititel is my favourite business hotel whenever im travel for meetings. The room is clean, and staff very attentive. The location is well surrounding by food haven, like 888 Hokkien mee, Cecil Market, and Penang Teow Chew Chendol by walking distance. I like the convenience provided by the hotel and strongly recommend to solo or simple travellers who fancy with food choice.

The location is perfect - just across from the bus terminal where offer an affordable option to get to georgetown, batu ferringhi, penang hill and the escape. many restaurants are around the neighborhood also The room was clean but maybe it is too small for some people. The staffs were super friendly and helpful with some of the questions i had regarding getting around and to/ from

Everything as expected, except the soundproofing and ventilation system, needs to be improved, as may hear noise from outside and bad cigarette smell from others room, the smell woke us up during midnight sleep(we are non smoking room).

Rooms are simple and clean, covering the basics, but don’t expect luxury touches. Overall, it’s a solid, no-frills option for a quick, affordable stay in Penang.

The room is super small. No place to open your luggage. The beds easily move, need to be extra careful. But the bed is comfortable, the room is clean. No mineral water prepared, but you can refill the water at the common area. Location very good - next to the hotel is the famous food street , opposite hotel has famous Chinese dessert shop and the local biscuits shop. Car park consider ok, easily get parking - free for hotel guest but better check with counter before go out.

So far semuanya okey, ada masalah bilik pon hotel dapat tukar kan bilik lain ☺️
