Wonderful place if you just want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The kids had a wonderful time. There was a play area, with toys, for the kids to play at and they loved the horse ride that was offered. The service is great and you will have a relaxed holiday!

Amazing Amazing Amazing! I cannot say enough to say how good Africamps Oakhurst is. From the check-in, the amazing staff, to the spotless tent to our super informative dairy tour (thank you Alistair!). My son and I were looking for a weekend of down time and that is exactly what we got. We walked a lot, cycled, spent time in the hot tub and just had lots of fun. Our 3rd or 4th visit, we will be back again!

Cannot recommend this enough. We had a beautiful couple of days on the grounds and felt well looked after by the staff. The location is so secluded and serene. The tents are well stocked and luxurious but you still feel close to nature. Wish I could have stayed longer!!

Let me just start by saying, i hate camping. But i love the outdoors. Africamps ticked all the right boxes for me. Comfort, everything you needed in the tent along with tons of fresh air, nature, relaxation, and all those wonderful camp-like vibes without the hassle of packing everything into your boot to make the stay livable. While we brought all our own food and snacks, we needed nothing, because the deli/store had enough supplies to cook a decent meal, with dessert included! The hot tub was simply magnificent in the winter cold, it was magical relaxing in it while cows are grazing all around you. The tent itself was not cold at all either, not with a lovely fireplace and electric blankets on the beds. Really a peaceful and wonderful weekend. Probably the only negative thing i can say is that it started raining and unfortunately, the braai area (the chimney) was built in a way that when it rains the rain comes right down into it putting the fire out so our meal was a bit ruined in the rain, but luckily there was a gas stove where we completed the cooking on. But it would be great if the bbq facility was not weather dependent.

A lovely first time experience, will definitely do it again. Enjoyed the hot tub and clamping in general. Reception staff was great which made the stay more pleasant. The variety of ready made meals on offer was excellent.
